So you fixed the landscape mode problem and so far no skipping or popping on the videos. Also the quality of the video has improved. Good job for that. The only reason WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews doesn’t get 5 stars is because of all of the stupid ads. I get it sometimes but every single time is ridiculous. Also why am I forced to watch an ad when I come into the live broadcast? It never fails I open the live video and it’s the weather or a news story I want to see and I miss it cause I have to watch a 30 second ad first. Why? Instead of showing the dumb drone videos over and over during commercial breaks play the ads then. It makes no sense. I have watched channel 3 since I was 2 years old. I was friends with bill and I have met almost everyone else. It’s the only news I pay attention to. But WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews still needs work. Fix the ad problem and you deserve 5 stars. Till then I can’t do better than 2.

You can’t click on a single video news story without being forced to watch an advertisement which just adds to sucking the life from your data plan. It is an annoyance and a waste of my time. We get enough commercials trying to watch a live broadcast on tv so why also subject us to it in WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews ? Also, when I get an alert to my phone for breaking news, I tap it and more times than not, it doesn’t take me to that story. Then when trying to search for that story it is nearly impossible to locate.

I used to love WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews. Recently I started getting pop-ups for their weather app, which I already had, every couple of news articles. Now, I get a lot of pop-ups for other stuff and even had one that wouldn’t let me “X” out for 5 seconds. What is up with all these pop-up ads? Remove them and I might come back to WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews . In the meantime I’m going to delete it and get my news elsewhere.

I love the notifications for breaking news, however, it’s not easy to find the stories that are “breaking.” I slide to open from a lock screen on the notification expecting to go straight to that specific story or update to a story....but it’s not easily found if found at all. About to delete it.

Since the last update, when I watch the news stream, the video will not landscape when I turn my device. Makes it difficult to see the weather maps for the most accurate weather team in the tristate area.

This was my go to news app for years however it has become unusable with the amounts of advertisements they have inserted. You can’t even read a article without a video popping up and playing. After the last update I am deleting and going to other sources for local news.

I used to use WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews regularly. The advertising frequency has gone up exponentially and interferes with your ability to get the news your searching for. Really disappointing but perhaps a sign of the times. Either way WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews is no longer on my devices.

I accidentally tapped the stars and however I undo the star review isn’t worth figuring out. I wrote this to clarify.

I’ll get an alert that I want to read and when I click it, it opens WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews , but takes me to all the news stories, and I can’t find the one I clicked on! Very frustrating and makes me not want to even use WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews .

Was hoping in TN that a local news station would actually report news. Instead it is the same NBC fake news just with a southern accent. The performers are bought and paid for and say whatever they are told. Broadcast journalism is dead in America.

Why do I have to watch a mini commercial about how you can depend on WRCB before every video? Yes I know I can, that is why I am using your app and watching the station. If you are going to do ads on your platform don’t make them about yourself.

WRCBChannel3EyewitnessNews has gotten progressively worse and I’m giving up. The state and national news feeds are hidden under the more news tab. The ads have gotten larger and you toot your own horn TOO much. Now you have added pop up ads. Goodbye!

App crashes in the opening screen. Very annoying. Still receiving notifications but cannot get app to open with them either.

Most of the news articles are weeks..sometimes months old. Channel 3 you are my favorite news channel, but your app is worthless
