1. THIS IS JUST SIMPLY ADORABLE. The disney characters are cute to begin with, but putting them in tiny forms with dot eyes and simplified features is just the CUTEST. It’s just not the characters either, the overall game design is just...╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
2. This is a rather simple game to play. Get energy, connect matching (or not, depends on skill) tsums, clear those, get points and coins! Even though the first few levels of playing can be a tedious and slow process just to get coins, but as you progress further into the game they start rolling in. It’s a fun and satisfying way to see yourself grow in the game! It would be nice, sure, if there were a little more options to gain more coins, but nonetheless still fun to save up for what you want.
3. It takes 15 minutes(?) to gain a single heart. Yes, that is super time consuming, especially when you used up all energy. That’s 75 minutes just to fully play again (but remember it takes 15 mind to gain an energy). For me, this is actually good because I’m a pretty busy person. During these 75 minutes, I can be productive in my real life or do something else that I like.

If you like Disney, like adorableness, like simplicity, those “connect 3+” games, and short spurt games, this is just perfect! I had to uninstall this game for a bit, sure, but overall I’ve been playing and loving for over a year now. Can’t imagine not having a phone without the history of downloading LINE , hehe.

Everytime i log in i have to keep downloading the (extra download) and it get’s auper annoying cause when i need to send someone a heart i can’t do it on time so it just wastes the time that could be already use to keep track on time for the next heart to give. You guy’s really need to fix that and you really really need to make a steady serious update cause you guy’s want people to stay on LINE and not leave you guy’s yet you’s still don’t do the update you keep on talking about for the past couple of years now. That’s just not right, if you gonna do something then do it right if not your just gonna keep loosing people and the ratings are gonna keep going down. Until you get sincere with LINE ik not gonna put 5 stars and also for the whole keep downloading over and over the extra download, it get’s really frustrating 😑 so please launch the update super soon and make the whole download a one time thing for when the update is serious with changes. Thank you 👍🏻 also i appreaciate this game, it just makes me a little mad that you guy’s wanna sound like your keeping up with the update’s yet you don’t..so people keep on waiting and waiting till they are just gonna stop playing cause they will think like you guy’s either forgot about LINE or just don’t care enough about it..

Other than the two items below, the game is fun to play. I love the challenges, the bingo cards, and just playing to relax. I enjoy the three daily missions, but wish you didn’t need to play progressively more games to complete them. First mission 3-4 games; second mission 7-8 games; third mission usually takes me 15 games.

1) Lately, whatever TsumTsum I choose to play with will only have a half dozen in the play window - and they aren’t close enough together to link them. And, that’s playing with four characters instead of five. It can take 20 seconds (out of the sixty allotted per game) to get the TsumTsum close enough to link.

2) Lucky time boxes. I get so frustrated trying to get the new characters. I only try during “lucky time” when the odds of getting one of the new characters is “supposed” to be greater. Still, don’t get the new TsumTsum. When events can only be played with a new TsumTsum and you can’t get them, it is very frustrating. They have managed to program it so you don’t get TsumTsum that have maxed out; they ought to be able to program lucky time to give you TsumTsum you don’t have. I spent real $ to see if I could get a new TsumTsum during lucky time. I spent it all trying to get a new TsumTsum - and didn’t get one new TsumTsum (or a TsumTsum I didn’t already have).

I loved this game at first. They are cute and I enjoyed getting new Tsums since they have different abilities. After awhile, all you get is repeats. The lucky time is not lucky for me and I see other reviewers have also noticed. So it’s not just me.
They used to rotate the premium box’s, but now there are 98 in there! During lucky time you usually have a 2-6% chance of getting a “lucky” one, yet you will probably get one of the other 90+. Because you can keep getting the same ones over and over again and they get stronger. To get from a skill of 4 to 5 you will need about 10 of that character and to get from 5 to 6 you will need about 20 of that character. Since it costs 30,000 coins to buy a box, you can see how long it will take you. I am losing interest in this game because of this

They could make this game so much better by actually making the lucky time lucky. Also, rotate the characters in the premium boxes like they used to, so you actually have a small chance of getting one you want. Finally please bring back the characters that have never been back since we haven’t all be playing this game since it started and some characters have never come back.

I’ve been playing this game for over 3 years. Before my daughter was born I wanted a game I could play while Going to appointments and her day of birth. In the last 3 years she has played the game with me and we’ve collected a good portion of the available TsumTsum. But as of lately we’ve been having the this app issue. I’ve read on forum and on here that it’s been a problem. Today would be my 5 update of the game since the error. And to our amaze, it still hasn’t been resolved. We’re going on 2 months now were daughter and I haven’t had the chance to play. It’s saddens me that it possible we may have to delete our progress. Wish the developers would address the issue. I gave them a 1 star rating cause it’s been a known issue and they have not tried or address the issue and have left loyal gamers in the dark.

Update:
Just figured out what was happening. Under you “this app” app setting is a privacy setting where external app sharing may be turned off. My was set to (friends only) and since Tsum Tsum was not on my friends list on my “this app” app. It wouldn’t let the two communicate. It’s literally been a few months since we’ve played. I’m giving the game a 3 star now. Because it’s a great game. But no thanks to LINE support this app and customer service.

When you start playing it can be challenging to find everything as you open different areas that don’t have listed menus. I LOVE this game now but to be honest I did not particularly like it until I hit level 10. Before that it was dull. You swipe the adorable faces and chains over 4 in length give coins. If you are fast, you get higher scores. Then when you have in-game coins you can buy boxes with new Tsums that do different things. The timer ends the board and you do it all over again. That is it. The faces change, the special abilities change but the thing you are doing is always the same. Each month the premium Tsums available change. There is an event with challenges to beat. When you are low in level it is very difficult, as your level increases it gets exponentially easier. At level 10 you open bingo boards. Each square has a challenge to beat. When you beat the challenges in a row you get a prize. When you beat a board you get a bigger prize. For best results, you will wan to have a number of this app friends that you trade hearts with. This gets you more in-game coins faster.

This is a good game. I won’t lie. I’ve enjoyed this game for quite some time. Great graphics, events, etc. However, lately, for the last two updates (one being a week ago) the game has not been wanting open quite frequently or freezes up in between rounds, enough to where it reroutes you back to the starting screen. Again to not open. Other than that, it’s been a great time saver. The improvements with earning money, TsumTsums and other things have been getting better. It has been more difficult to get the Tsum Tsum that is being offered during event times and such, more than normal, but again, it’s been good. I have lost some money and hearts in the past that I had never gotten back due to glitches, like $20k in money and some hearts, but I’m not giving up. Bc I really have enjoyed the game and it’s adorable characters. Keep up the great work, and please help with the glitches with LINE not wanting to start, or restart at the wrong times. I can’t wait to see the new characters for 2020! Oh, great Anniversary event! Loved it!

Update: The issue has only gotten worse. I have had THREE hearts stolen after the game hangs then crashes so far TODAY, and I have barely played. This is becoming untenable. I really enjoy this game, except for how little playtime you get if you don’t pay, but not anymore! If they can fix it I’m going to need to delete it and move on. My precious downtime is more valuable than this.

I really like this game overall. The characters are cute. I think the cards are fun. But the current version is SO buggy. It crashes 5-6 times every time I play. And in the past few days. It has been stealing lives when it crashes! The biggest drawback of the game is the long recharge time for lives (15 minutes) versus the play time, which 60 seconds per. So just as you’re building up to being fast enough to possibly complete the challenge, you’re out of lives and have to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to get another five minutes of play time. And when it crashes and steals one, it adds insult to injury. Extremely frustrating. I absolutely refuse to spend real money to play, and if my free lives are being stolen, I can only imagine how upsetting it would be to have one I paid for stolen. I hope they address this issue soon.

I love this game. There are absolutely no flaws about the software. It’s updated regularly, and it almost never glitches. It’s so addicting to play! I love all of the events and different tsum tsum you can get that do different things. I also love how you can level up tsum tsum to make them score higher, which increases your overall score. You can also use skill tickets or get the tsum tsum from boxes multiple times to make their skill more effective. My two favorite tsum tsum to use are Elsa and Caballero Donald. They always score so high!

I have one small suggestion for LINE. When I finish a round, I’d like more feedback on how I did. For instance, how many tsum tsum I cleared, what my longest chain was, my largest combo, how many skills activated, how many fever modes entered, etc. I know that all of that can’t be shown probably, but I’d like at least some of it because I’m always curious about how I did beyond just coins, EXP, and score.

I think this is the best game ever! 5 Stars all the way!

I originally got this game for my kids to play but now I play it all the time! At lease twice a day. I love collecting new TsumTsums. Of the 177 available right now I've collected 108. It's also fun because the have events/cards to play and achieve extra things like helps, gems, or more lives. Another thing I like is that there are events around most holidays that are challenging. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes their challenges are to hard to achieve without a special character. For instance I have tried to obtain a special character by purchasing 10 new characters with my winnings over the last two weeks with no success at getting a special character that will help me gain extra points quicker. I'm on the last card of the event and it's impossible for me to win. I'm on level 86 and feel like I'm a experienced player so it's frustrating. Other than that it's so fun and I'm addicted to this silly game. I only have 4 stars because some things are a little to hard.

I’ve been playing for about 4 years now and have far over 100 characters. I love this game which is why I’ve kept it for this long, but I have one major issue with it. When you have lots of characters, it is ridiculously difficult to get new ones. For the current star event going on, I have bought over 10 boxes and have gotten the same few characters over and over again. I wish that there was some way maybe to pay more for a box and have a better chance of getting a new character but this is getting ridiculous to waste time and money to get the same characters. I understand that you can’t get a new one every time but I think it’s annoying to spend sooo many coins and get nothing especially when new characters help with the events. Otherwise this is my favorite game on my phone, but for those of us who’ve been playing for a long time, I think something has to change about the boxes. It’s the only reason why I can’t give this 5 stars

I do very much enjoy playing this game. It’s very addictive. But, some of the missions seem impossible to me. 250 combos? Seriously? There’s only 60 seconds or 65 if you buy the extended time. Even so I know 5 seconds are added each time fever begins but still the biggest combo I’ve ever accomplished is 117. Maybe I’m missing some strategy or haven’t figured out some kind of cheat or something. I’m not always even able to finish an event because there are impossible to achieve missions. Example: TsumTsum sweetheart chocolates. I haven’t been able to clear the third card because of the combos box. I finally got musketeer mickey who’s supposed to give you bonus points. I bought extra time and bought the 5-4 ticket and was able to get a 99 combo. I was only awarded 9 bonus points which gave me 108 combos. I don’t mind a game being a challenge but it’s frustrating when it seems impossible. And that’s the first piece of candy in the box. The other 3 are most likely even harder.

I LOVE this game! It is my favorite game to play on my phone! I look forward to the missions & bingo cards! If I really want a character I’ll even pay for rubies! The Tsums are so cute! It never gets old for me!

There are some things that need to fixed though. First, whenever there’s “lucky time” for a new Tsum Tsum I never get it..even if I buy a premium box 2-3 times in a row..it takes a lot to accumulate 30,000 coins..so I’ll actually buy them and even then it takes MULTIPLE tries. My friend who is also an avid player has had this issue.
Second, there needs to be an easier way to search through your Tsum Tsums, it gets tiring dragging your finger to get a specific Tsum.
Third, each Tsum should come with a specific definition of what they do. Every time there is a mission, most the times I have to look online to double check to know what Tsum I need to play. Also, when there is a mission calling for a specific Tsum it should warn you if you have the wrong Tsum before you play, so you don’t waste coins and hearts.
Fourth, this is recent and why I’m writing this review. Every day, at least twice, the game needs an update as soon as I open LINE . It takes anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes and I am on the verge of just quitting. However, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in rubies, investing in my Tsum Tsums, so I could never. Lol! Please fix this issue out of all of them!

I’ve admittedly downgrading my rating to reach the audience affected. After all, one who is having issues with a game isn’t likely to read 4-5 star ratings. I was about to stop playing this game because every time I opened it it made me download the 2 updates typically when a new feature is launched. This took forever and was very annoying. I came here and saw many other low ratings stating the same over a long period of time. As mine was just recent I realized it wasn’t due to the game. I had just gone to Disneyland and recorded the fireworks show and I had little memory left on the phone. This meant the phone could not “store” the updates downloaded when starting up tsum tsum. If you are one of the many users who experience this, simply delete unneeded/backed up texts, photos, etc and issue resolved! I can’t comment on posts so downgrading seems to be the best option to reach this audience. Disney you can comment so maybe you can advise this info to these poor unfortunate souls. I’ll re-up the rating later on to what the game really deserves.

Enough with constantly having the download screen pop up every time I log in. I let it finish every time so it’s not a matter of me exiting the game and then it picking back up where it left off. It’s literally the download data screen every time I log on and frankly that’s becoming annoying. I love playing Tsum Tsum, but please get that fixed. It’s been going on for way too long.

Also, a suggestion...can you consider making sending hearts easier? Maybe a way we can tick/click boxes next to each friend and then press a “send hearts” button? It would be faster and less tedious having to send a heart one at a time.

Other than those two issues, I enjoy playing Tsum Tsum. I love the challenges and characters. I like the capability of having friends complete challenges you couldn’t finish or you can help a friend complete a challenge.

I’ve been playing this game since it came out & became available for iOS at App Store. I really like the game. But I don’t like what I’m experiencing lately through it again. It sometimes crashes middle of the game. I can’t seem to send & ask for hearts from my friends anymore because it doesn’t show me they’re logged on when clearly I know they are as well. I even asked if they could send me a heart in the game but they couldn’t see me as logged in as well. I’ve tried to reset the WiFi & tried to redownload LINE many times, but it didn’t help at all. I always make sure I have the latest IOS updated & LINE is updated to the latest version too. Now I’m wondering why all of the sudden I’m having trouble logging into the game??? Please fix these problems As Soon As Posible it would be very much appreciative if you all are able to fix it asap. Thank you. So apparently if you don’t have an ample amount of storage space on your device it causes an issue where you have to update every couple days. Usually about a 300mb download, which if you have no access to WiFi, is a waste of your data plan.

For anyone having this issue just free up some space on your phone. For me it seems I have to have a few gigs of free space. Annoying, but may help many frustrated users.

PLEASE do NOT go the route of all other app games with annoying ads! I’ve loved and played and spent money in this game for years. If ads are the way of the future, I will stop spending. Ads are the bane of app gaming experience! This game will be 1* with ads, 5*s without! Meanwhile, I do appreciate the option to turn off the ads for 2 weeks! Giving 3*s because of a lack of updates to the “coming soon” sections (been about 3-4yrs now) of the optional coin bonuses for playing rounds & the storage/update issue.

This is such a great game. You continue to add events and give lots of time to play them. The only tiny thing is that you might want to change it to unless you don't complete the goal that is when you loose a heart. But if you complete the challenge (from the event because there is almost always an event going on) then you don't loose a heart. But that is entirely a personal preference. But I 150% recommend this. It is so fun to feel the suspense when you are about to get a new character. I have played this for so long. My mother doesn't play games on her phone, but she did download this. I have never gone back. Download this if you are looking for a pass time in the car of just because you are bored of old games. I can promise you will not get bored of this game.

I initially downloaded the game so my son could play it on my phone and I've since taken it over. I love seeing the cute characters and it's exciting to see which one you'll get in the "box", although that might be the only place I have a little complaint. It can take awhile to save up for a premium box and then I have gotten one charcuterie that I could care less about (oyster) 3 times! Disappointing when I’d prefer to get Sulley, or Woody, someone notable. Otherwise I like that I can play a quick game here and there through the day. It's fun and cute.
However the last few updates has caused the game to re “load” for 10 minutes every time I open LINE . Since I do have other things that need my attention I haven’t played it often since a quick game has turned into checking the percentages of load completion for 5-10 minutes.

There good and bad things to this game, the bad and the worst part is that 1. It takes about 12mins sometimes more to download 2/2 items apparently every other day and it drains 25-30% of my battery every time this happens. And 2. Lives go so fast and I don't think that they should be worth so much, I mean basically a ruby each? When rubies take so long to get? And I love playing this game but it's so frustrating when you have to wait so long to play again and you can't even ask the same person for a life till I think an hour later?

The game is so fun and I learn more as I go along, the characters are cute and I love to play Tsum Tsum but I'm thinking of having to delete it because I can't keep wasting my battery life by waiting EVERY other day, can't you just eliminate the 2/2 downloading? No other game I've played does this...
