How to fix Sober app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sober app on iPhone
Update Sober app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sober iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sober on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sober network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sober Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sober not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sober App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sober » click [Force Stop]

Update Sober to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sober App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sober » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sober.

Fix Sober unable to contact server/ Sober internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sober » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sober » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
