How to fix Iron Will app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Iron Will app on iPhone
Update Iron Will app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Iron Will iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Iron Will on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Iron Will network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Iron Will not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Iron Will App
1. On android, goto Settings » Iron Will » click [Force Stop]

Update Iron Will to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Iron Will App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Iron Will » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Iron Will.

Fix Iron Will unable to contact server/ Iron Will internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Iron Will » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Iron Will » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Iron Will
