For the most part, LexusEn has worked for me. I would say about 80% of the time it executes a given command. However, it is extremely slow. When I want to remote start my car, lets say after the gym, if I park 2 blocks away and send the start command right as I leave the gym, the car will start after I've walked one block. In my experience this is between one to two minutes, if it executes. I hate to use an outdated reference, but it moves as fast as dial-up.
Having said that, the feature itself is useful, it's just annoying that you have to plan in advance to use it.
Also on another note not related to remote operation, LexusEn suite and navigation are clunky, even being out performed in some cases by the system in my 2007 Audi. Hopefully, Lexus gets its act together in this aspect because it cheapens the car when everything is so nice but the technology lags.
One more feature that would be great should Lexus ever decide to update LexusEn would be to allow remote setting of AC temps. This would be especially useful in hot areas like the Southwest.
