I have a 2022 Lexus RX-350. I am a subscriber to Enform. I can start, stop the car remotey using the app, however when I use Siri it will not work telling me that the Default Vehicle under Vehicle Switcher has to been set up. How do I make the Siri function work? thanks, Joe a Bowles
It's been four months since I last drove a Lexus. I keep seeing on my credit card the charge for Lexus Enform. The app hasn't been on my phone for over a year, so I want to cancel this subscription.
I got into an accident about a month ago and my car was total. I was hit by another car. The other party's insurance company is in the process of reimbursing me a check and they took my vehicle (2016 ES 350). May I cancel the Lexus Enform service since the my car was total and not drivable ? I have ordered a new Lexus but it's on waiting list. Thank you, (James) Wong, Choo 832-782-2178
I was already charged for the next year for your enform service I have had nothing but problems with it,it won’t let me lock my doors or remote start my car nothing but problems I tried to find a phone number for Lexus enform service can’t get that either if you can’t fix the issue then I will cancel my subscription to this garbage that you call enform I would have never expected this from Lexus.
I am unable to fully access the Lexus Enform Remote on my 2015 Lexus NX 200t. I see only the app suite, current mileage and fuel. Each time I access the app it directs me to go to setup and connect over and over. My subscription was automatically renewed a month ago. It shows that I should have access to check lock and unlocked doors, windows up and down and engine start( NO ACCESS! to either on the Enform Remote). Please advise before I discontinue this app. I look forward to Hearing from someone ASAP. Thank you
