How to fix MyADT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyADT app on iPhone
Update MyADT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyADT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyADT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyADT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyADT Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyADT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyADT App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyADT » click [Force Stop]

Update MyADT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyADT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyADT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyADT.

Fix MyADT unable to contact server/ MyADT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyADT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyADT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyADT
