MyPostcard Postcard App Reviews

I was excited to use MyPostcardPostcardApp at the recommendation of a friend. I made my postcard and went to check out. In the process, my under $5 order became over a hundred dollars when some tiny box (that I never even noticed or saw) needed to be clicked. MyPostcardPostcardApp immediately charged me another $100, taken right from my account. This caused the fraud department of my bank to text me immediately. They called me to inform me this money had been pulled. A hold was placed on my account. I had to go to my bank, fill out fraud paperwork, replace my debit card, and all that means with having a new card and new number. The hold caused me to be unable to make two other needed purchases before I got it straightened out that we’re extremely inconvenient. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.

I am sure this is a nice product and I really wanted it to be something I would use again and in the process maybe a I would have even spent over a hundred dollars on future products. My advice is never to use it, due to what feels fraudulent and suspect in their practices (obviously my bank thought so too). Just be straight up. Good business does not include such foolishness.

Customer service is poor. Can’t view previous orders except in “design” type mode. The status is very small and when you want to review your order, it takes you back to this design mode. Less than 30 minutes after submitting my order, I realized I had made a mistake. I emailed for support, and it was like 10 hours or so before I got a response. I immediately responded and then the next morning I had a response from support in the middle of the night. I proceeded to complete the action that they recommended, which prompted me to re-purchase, which wouldn’t stop my 1st order just generate av2nd one. Emailed them back and received no answer. A status email was received during that day that my order was delivered to the post office, so I guess no changes for me!

Might consider using MyPostcardPostcardApp in the future, but it will be awhile to get over the service and also pending the quality of the postcards. We’ll see what comes in the mail in a few days!

I already liked MyPostcardPostcardApp. It’s so convenient to use while on vacation and people love seeing us in front of something rather than just what we are visiting. If you consider buying the postcard, writing it, buying a stamp, and finding a post office - it is well worth the money to send a card.
However I gave the five stars for MyPostcardPostcardApp plus customer support. I accidentally put 100$ credit on MyPostcardPostcardApp . I don’t have that kind of money. I was very upset and wrote a letter explaining that it was a mistake and asking for credit for the 100$. This was a a Saturday on a holiday weekend so I thought it wouldn’t work but within minutes I had a reply. The company refunded my money immediately! This is the kind of company I want to support. Quality goods and quality service.

Ordered X large post card, card was slightly thinner than regular postcard, pictures were true to photo, mailing address envelope was slightly thinner than expected, although card made it through the mailing without damage. The website takes time to learn how to use, everything has a learning curve. “Post Office Delivery” less than desirable, if it was the postal service issue??? This is third card I’ve sent. First one never received, I called company, they resent it and it was received in three weeks. The second delivery took 11 days. However today’s card was received within 4 business days. The customer service reps and responses to emails is by far the best of any online store/service that I’ve experienced, kudos to the company. The reason I’ve given Postcard four instead of the five stars is the overall “printing or mailing” issue.

I was very excited to come across MyPostcardPostcardApp because it was an easier approach than going to the nearby CVS. When I received my first box I was slightly disappointed; the photos were of a subpar quality and the matte effect they apply to the photos results in an unattractive fuzzy look. MyPostcardPostcardApp constantly crashes which takes you straight back to the beginning. This is frustrating once you’ve chosen 30 pictures and edited them. Furthermore, there is a glitch within the system to give feedback or get help. I am immediately prompted with a message that informs me that I have no email connected with my phone. All in all I do not recommend MyPostcardPostcardApp or company.

Update: I continued to order from the company in order to use my credits. However, the quality and service has become worse than beforehand. Photos were received multiple days later than intended and had scratches on them. The photo box wasn’t completely put together either. I regret spending my money on this poorly run company.

I was super excited to try MyPostcardPostcardApp! Honestly it is amazing. The days of buying postcards and finding a post office in the city you are visiting is over. Most of the time we take so many photos when traveling or going places, MyPostcardPostcardApp allows to utilize those pictures! Every time I travel now I can be bored at the airport flying home and create a postcard of the photos I took and send to my loved ones! Love sending ones of myself to my Grandma, and she loves getting them. It is so cheap and easy! The best app for printing photos so far! Whether its thank you cards you want to make to send with a photo from the event or other, it is so quick, thoughtless and easy! I highly recommend!

I am not happy. At all. It was advertised that I could send a card and have it received Just in time for Valentine’s Day! Clicked on the link in the email to send the card. At the check out it asks what day you want it delivered so I selected February 14th. February 14th rolls out and I get an email saying my card is now in the mail and will arrive in 3-6 days. Excuse me? So I sent in a complaint and their complaint department told me they don’t have delivery dates just send by dates. No apology, no solution on how they are remedy the situation. That is not how to handle the situation. At the very least you should have said yup we worded the option incorrectly. Change the wording to send on this day instead of deliver on this day. There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE. I understand mistakes happen but this is not the issue I’ve had with your company. But don’t worry there will not be anymore after this as you will no longer have me as a customer. Thanks for ruining my holiday.

Beware, useful app, if, if, the postcard is actually delivered. Definitely verify that it does before you buy extra credits. ESPECIALLY, if recipient is in the military. I sent 35 postcards to the proper address to our daughter during her boot camp and she received zero, not one, as a postcard or in an envelope. 0/35. I thought I was being a good dad messaging my lonely, hard pressed and worn out military daughter only to get a letter from her asking if I would write more often. Only then 6 weeks later, did I discover the “service” failed to deliver, literally. Packages and letters were received at the same address, only this “service” failed. Further, MYPOSTCARD, while they acknowledged my inquiries, seemed most uninterested in discovering the source of the problem or fixing it. Further, the refund I requested months ago has not materialized. Do not do as I did and trust this “service” without verifying it first. I made a big mistake trusting them.

While I have only used MyPostcardPostcardApp once, I decided to give them a 4 star based on my experience thus far as the recipient hasn’t received their card yet because it just went to the post office today. However, in using MyPostcardPostcardApp , I found it to be very user friendly, although more frame choices would be nice. I have received an email regarding the status of my postcard, twice now. The first one was them receiving my order which seemed like they were talking to me & I was the only customer they have. It felt like I mattered is my point! Today I received another email letting me know the post office now has the card to deliver. If the card is delivered per their estimate & is liked upon seeing the actual postcard, I see no reason to up my star from 4 to 5. Time will tell!

I received a couple of these postcards from a friend, and immediately thought they would be a great option for my business. Being in real estate, I frequently send out thank you notes to my clients after a house closing. MyPostcardPostcardApp allows me to send a thank you note with a fun picture from the closing table, or of the house they purchased. Much more personal and thoughtful in appearance, as well as very quick and easy to execute. I have also started using these as a fun treat for friends & family, and everyone loves them. I also really love being able to buy credits in advance, and receive the extra bonus credits. Great quality and spectacular value!

I randomly found this ap and have had so much fun making quick postcards for friends and family! It’s so, so easy - and gets a few of those digital pictures printed which is satisfying for everyone! Photos are good quality and it’s just so easy to scroll through your phone photos to find a photo or two, type a quick message, and checkout. Done! I bought the $35 package and got $15 credit so it feels like I’m getting something for free(ish) and it’s almost as easy as sending a text (for birthdays or just checking in) and the receiver gets 100x the enjoyment. Just love this little ap!

After 9 business days the postcard finally got to my gf house. Emails were answered today also apologizing and saying that they were going to send the post card again. Overall, postcard is very good and good quality. App worked great and was easy to use. My Gf was extremely happy with it.

I bought a personalized postcard to send to my gf and she never got it. It has already been much more than the 3-5 business days that supposedly it takes to arrive and nothing. Should be fast since postcards go out from NY and my was directed to Miami. Besides that I have sent uncountable amounts of emails, tried calling, tried support via MyPostcardPostcardApp , everything and nothing. Its like if customer support doesn't exist. My credit card was charged the $$ amount the exact same day I finished and did my order but then after that nothing. As of today im assuming I lost my money, no one is taking action or responsibility for it or nothing. Make yourself a favor a look for other App, this one clearly doesnt work. Maybe it worked a couple of years ago but not now.

Love MyPostcardPostcardApp cause they can ship from both the US and Germany so the cards I send to Europe arrive so much faster than when I send cards with the Ink Cards app for example. The cards on the Ink Cards app are bigger and thus perhaps a little nicer than the postcards on MyPostcardPostcardApp but they (seriously!) take more than 2 weeks to arrive. With MyPostcardPostcardApp, it takes just a few days or less than a week to get to France. Also, I love the « box of picture prints » option. It’s a great little gift to send to family in Europe even when I waited until the last second to think of sending a gift to someone. I’m a big fan!

I have upgraded my previous 3 star review to a five star status. Though MyPostcardPostcardApp has some bugs during the checkout process, it is very easy to use and the quality of the end product is SO very good I decided to add 2 more stars. Additionally, the customer support was so responsive to the problems and corrected it them immediately I am compelled to give credit where credit is due. I am very happy with MyPostcardPostcardApp and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to share photos with friends or to promote their business. Keep up the excellent work!

I’d rather use MyPostcardPostcardApp than stand in an aisle for long periods of time looking for the perfect card. Plus! You can pre-schedule cards to be mailed! If you already know peoples birthdays, schedule the card ahead of time and it will send. If you usually send money as a gift in the card, now you can cash app the person or send money via PayPal. This way money does not get lost in the mail.

I enjoyed using MyPostcardPostcardApp. However, I did make a mistake and scheduled a card to be sent a few months from now. I meant to have it sent ASAP. So I fixed it but I think I was charged for both. I’m not sure how to contact support to get this fixed for this reason, I give you 4 stars.

Awesome ap that has a lovely array of designs - with and without personal photo option. Great price for creating and mailing!! Super fast create time and delivery- superior quality.

Wrote all my holiday thank you cards as a passenger in the car this year and they have already been mailed. Love this!!!! Great way for kids to write thank you’s or send stay in touch postcards to family members. Will never buy another store bought thank you card again.

I love how MyPostcardPostcardApp is created to send cards to your love ones and family, MyPostcardPostcardApp makes it easy to use and simple but have hundreds of options for creativity. The only flaw I see is one option for standard shipping. To give MyPostcardPostcardApp and company more revenue I think there should be a expedited shipping option or two day shipping option I would happily pay more for my postcard to ship faster! Otherwise great app for being romantic and showing love

The concept is great. However, I couldn’t get access to my photos through MyPostcardPostcardApp . I tried all the common sense diys first: reinstalling MyPostcardPostcardApp , going to settings to give access, etc. Nothing worked. Their support said when I installed MyPostcardPostcardApp it should ask for access to photos which it didn’t. I deleted and reinstalled three times. I went to settings and it wasn’t listed under apps that had requested permission. After several pointless emails with app support I just gave up. It’s very frustrating when an app doesn’t work it’s even more frustrating when app support works even less!

P.S. I have several apps on my phone that access my photos with no issues. This is the first app I have ever had an issue with!

I love MyPostcardPostcardApp. When we travel I send these wonderful postcards to our grandkids, and they can see US and the places we visit! No dealing with foreign stamps, post offices and three week delays in arrival! It works great with phone photos and MyPostcardPostcardApp is simple to use. You load a little money to your account before you leave and pay for the postcards with a couple of clicks as you travel. It’s inexpensive too— a high quality photo postcard delivered by USPS for less than two bucks.

I just downloaded it last night and in like 10 minutes I was able to set up my account and great two different cards to send to two different places. A card with our pictures (that I can even edit inside MyPostcardPostcardApp with surprising amounts of control!) that I can create and send with a message for $2 and not leave my bed?!? AMAZING. I just honestly wish I would have thought of this business idea first! ;)

Download MyPostcardPostcardApp if you have friends, family or a bellybutton. It’s great.

This is a good app that could be made fantastic with a few tweeks. First, let me say that the making of the postcard was VERY easy and user friendly. But, during the purchase phase it was VERY confusing and I actually made three purchases when I only intended to make one. Because I am using MyPostcardPostcardApp for my business, I decided to keep all my credits, but the checkout procedure really could use some improvements. The finished product was EXCELLENT! The postcard came out BETTER than I expected on both sides. And, it was in my mailbox in about a week. That is very good, and I am pleased with the results. If the bugs during checkout are fixed I would easily give an enthusiastic five stars.

MyPostcardPostcardApp makes great sense. while traveling abroad MyPostcardPostcardApp will save you money. The cost of a post card and postage in aforeign country is far more expensive than sending a epostcard. Also the epostcard arrives in just a few days, where as a card mailed in a foreign country will take several days or weeks to get to the intended address. Finally it is wonderful to be able to use your own photos on very creative templates. A Value worth every cent.

I just purchased my first postcard. I gave it 3 stars because uploading photo was a little troublesome for me. I used other app before and it shows the layout, and the album at the bottom. Just click which photo and where to put it without leaving the photo album. Clicking a photo and going back to your album from the most recent photo was a little time consuming specially if ur layout has multiple photos.
Also i wish there’s away to change the text on those pre-made card (greetings from...) because i see some layout that i like but from different county/city.
