Not only is this a great app that is really easy to use but their customer service is amazing to say the least. Zeno was the person who helped me and they went above and beyond. I went to my previous orders and saw a card I had sent with a picture of my uncle that has since passed and I sent an email trying to see if they could send me the file for the photo used. But since they can’t save every file Zeno said they would send me a copy of the this app I had sent Year’s earlier. It really means more than I can put into words and I will use Postagram as long as it’s available. Thank you so, so much!

Using this app for my thank you notes saves me lots of time- I send them laying in bed, on the subway, waiting line, etc. With a newish baby we have lots of thank-yous to write and lots of pics on my phone of our kid using/wearing said gifts, it’s the perfect app. And I often get a thank you text or email when people get the postcard, and I’ll see them in people’s fridges.
I’d just like to request a background with a “thank you” design. I can’t be the only person using this for thank you notes...?

I have been using this app for three or four years, and love the product. And everyone I’ve sent cards to has loved the product. But this year I ordered Christmas cards on December 19 and some of my friends are just receiving them ( January 8)
Really disappointed. I contacted customer service yesterday, and was told that they will refund my money. That’s good,but what I’d really like is to continue to use the service and know that my cards will be delivered and delivered on time.

I love everything about this except the limited templates. More choices would be fun. I’ve seen people comment about “at recipients post office for delivery” and never seeing it update to delivered. That’s as far as the tracking gets, my daughter has received every card I’ve sent and the status still says that so just because it says that doesn’t mean it didn’t get delivered. Hope that clears things up for some

Can’t tell you how much of a pain it is to buy a card write a card and mail it. Postagram makes it so much faster and looks amazing after creating it. I have really bad handwriting so being able to just type it and use emojis is an upgrade. Although it is about an extra dollar, it’s worth the extra dollar. Good for anything and everything.

I found Postagram mentioned in an Oprah magazine issue and downloaded right away. I love Postagram and use it often to send my friends and family fun mail. One feature I wish it had was to be able to zoom out the photo. However, I do love the postcard templates that allow you to change the color background schemes. I recommend Postagram to others a lot.

this app is so great you just snap a pic and say something quick hit recipient and your fun photo is on its way. Love it!!

this app has been such a joy to my friend a Veteran who recently had a leg amputation His son says these family postagrams give him strength and Joy keeping in touch with his family and new great granddaughter and he looks forward to the mail each day. He lives several states away from his family.

I’ve been using this app for almost five years. It’s been a favorite way to share memories in a tangible way with my parents and siblings who do not live near us.

Often after a visit I’ll send a favorite snapshot. My boys also love to revive them.

I’ve been using Postagram a long time—it’s fun to send people real mail to let them know what I’m doing and keep in touch. The background selection and ability to select the colors for the backgrounds has improved so much from the early days. I love that I can personalize the postcard and make it fit the picture so much.

I really love Postagram! It makes such an easy, simple, and convenient way to stay in touch with friends and loved ones! It is so affordable and works great for my brain, since writing letters and cards takes me forever... I looooove Postagram! I have 3 young kids and most of my family lives out of state. This is perfect for when they receive a gift...just snap a pic of them playing with their new toy, etc, type up a msg, add an address and magic...it’s on its way! My family loves their postgrams...they tell me they can even pop out the pic from the postcard and enjoy the pic, frame it, etc.

I haven’t been able to visit my elderly mom or my father-in-law in their assisted living facility because of the Covid lockdown. But Postagram is a great way of mailing family pictures and notes to them, especially since they are not internet-savvy. It lets them know we still love them and want to connect with them.

Everything was good until i got an email saying my postcard was shipped literally the following day it was shipped which was good but they don't offer a tracking number to track to see if the person you are sending it to gets it. To make it even worse these postcards don't come in envelopes to hide the message they are EXPOSED! for people to see god forbid if you write or send something inappropriate or pictures in general its not private don't mind paying the extra money for an envelope please make that an option at the end of check out.

Oh what a fun app and so easy to use!! I have brightened someone’s day so many times with the easy to use interface! You can easily upload any photo, write a short note in the box and then have fun picking the different styles of this app cards and colors you desire! One of my favorite app right now!!! Love love love it!!!

I was so excited to use this service. I made my card for a family friend, initially the order was received July 31st, shipped on August 1st and was delivered to the post office for delivery August 4th. Two weeks went by and it never said it was officially delivered. I emailed customer service and he told me sometimes mail gets lost especially if that recipient has a lot of mail coming in for them. So they sent it out again on August 13th, as of August 16th 7:23 PM it says: “at recipients post office for delivery.” It’s August 30th and still nothing. I’m really disappointed in this service and will no longer be using it. 🖤✌🏻

We are a military family which means we don’t live by our family, we are always sending pictures and packages in the mail so this is a great inexpensive option. I came across Postagram the other day and love it! I do wish it had more back ground options but it’s a start. Can’t wait to see how they come out!

I’m terrible at sending people cards for just about any occasion and this easy, convenient app makes it so much easier to be thoughtful to the people in my life! My only qualm is that I wish there were more options for the design of the card but I understand it could impact the cost and I’m happy with paying $2.

I love Postagram because I’m able to write thank you’s when I have a free moment here or there. I have a newborn so finding time to write thank you notes is hard. Everyone we’ve sent a post-gram to has loved that they get to keep the photo!

My only wish is that there were more templates to choose from :)

I have been sending postagrams for 5 years or more. So easy to use by buying the credits up front. Lots of choices of card designs. Sending the message is super simple and it’s nice they have added the use of emojis. But the best thing is the reaction of the recipients, they love them!

Great way to stay in touch with friends and love ones!

We live far away from our families and have the first baby in both of our families. We are sending the great grandparents pictures every week or couple of weeks. It is so easy for me & they both ADORE getting pictures of him in the mail. Highly highly recommend!!

I went through the whole process of creating a card thinking that, as per the description on iTunes, that I would be able to easily pay with Apple Pay. But when I got to that option, it wasn't there. I'm out and about right now without my credit card and just wanted to send a friend a card on the fly with a picture I just took. Nope. No can do. So forget it. I got Postagram because it was easy, and Apple Pay would have made that perfectly possible. Change your product notes, guys!

It makes me smile whenever I walk in to the homes of friends or family and find one of my this app photos on the refrigerator.
I do wish I could get Postagram to switch to landscape for easier typing, but maybe it’s just me and I need to change some setting.

Very easy system of snapping a photo with your phone and using an app to make a postcard for $2 to send to kids at camp.

Makes the chore of shopping for a card disappear. Costs about the same as buying a card and mailing it without having to drive to a store or post office.
