My stc BH Reviews

From last 4 days they have enabled all the calls forwarding from their side. Which is not working and its 4th day continuously following up and there is no positive response. STC don't even care to just simple disable 1 feature from their end.

Loosing alot of important calls. I've travlled more then 30 countries and this is 1st time i am in Bahrain and 4 days my stc number is not reachable.

Worst company planning to switch to another provider.

Can’t even log in while on my broadband like MystcBH says. This company is garbage and so is their service. How are you going to tell me to add trusted devices if the one I’m using isn’t even a “trusted device”? Not to mention there is no customer service available…

Worst customer service, i had an issue with my ste card payment, two times i complaint They didn't solve it, waste of time and peace of mind,i don't want to suggest to anyone

When I first dealt with this company it was Viva now it’s STC ... sadly the customer service is the worst and customers cannot get to talk to correct people for solving issues and also no place to go for face to face issues - and this was before corona - now it’s even worse. Also having so many unnecessary calls coming from your marketing is also not acceptable for promotions that customers don’t want - constant harassment from marketing calls but never anyone to help solve things

Application is so complicated, new features so difficult to use , Learn from Zain app so easy and loading super fast with all the details. Better tell the user go online pc version stc website don't put everything inside the application. I guess developers are sleeping they didn't check how slow the loading of application after login . Just learn from zain application

MystcBH is horrible, it used to take ages to load but recently you open it and all what you see is a blank screen then you simply receive an email and a text message that you have logged in to your account, and what’s worst it has been like this for the last three or four months now and seems like STC is not taking any action solve the problem...

At first it worked, but it got to a point where it would take my money but not pay the bill. I would check the bank account and it’d say that we paid multiple times taking over 100BD, then have it say on MystcBH that we still owe them. Point being, don’t use MystcBH , it’d be better to just go and pay for it in person

MystcBH needs to be redesigned and rewritten from the ground up. Too slow and freezes up a, takes a lot of time to login. It’s using FaceID to login but again you still have to enter your user name and password.

MystcBH doesn’t even deserve a one star rating it should be a 0 star rating

Worst app I have ever used. I can never pay my bills through MystcBH . The charge will post at my bank but never shows payment at Viva. I tried to set up Autopay and it did not pay the bill. Now Autopay shows I do not have any postpaid lines although I have 3 on the account. Worst app. Do not use.

Would be nice if one could tell the number of days left on a data or broadband plan or when the plan will reset. UI is not very intuitive but gradually improving.

Worked great in the beginning but 6 months later the coverage isn’t nearly what it was and I see 3G a lot now and it’s slower. Also the bill makes zero sense and has gone from 20bd to 35bd in the last 4 months. MystcBH is also deceiving. On one screen it shows you current and on another it shows you a couple BD behind even though on the home screen it shows zero in the unbilled column.

MystcBH has improved over the years, everything is available with a touch of a button, with the best competitive prices in the market. Yet no esim option through app, the competition has it yet stc finds it too hard to implement through app, if you can seek plans, devices etc I don’t think it’s that hard to give the customer a choice of getting esim through app.

Dark mode feature should be available by default nowadays! For easier and more comfort reading or using UI

MystcBH is very useful since it provide a lot of services for Viva customer

But the "continue" button in the forget password page doesn't work at all.

But the else are perfect
