Account information particularly usage data is delayed for hours or more giving a false snapshot of your account which can lead to extra charges. There’s no reason to delay account information other than to try to fool people into a sense of security so that bell can rack up extra charges. Very poor business practice in my opinion.
UPDATE: data doesn’t even track on MyBell anymore. If you check MyBell and it says you have used x amount of data. Apparently that may or may not be correct depending on whether or not it’s in bells favor. Their suggestion was I check their website or call them to check on my usage. But when all three come out different. Which am I supposed to believe?
Bell is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their contracts are deliberately vague and riddled with unfair terms designed to trap you. Hidden fees, terrible customer service, and absolutely no regard for customer loyalty. They’ll nickel-and-dime you and make it nearly impossible to leave. Save yourself the frustration and money—stay far away from Bell. Never again!
After more than a dozen attempts at updating my password on my computer, I finally used MyBell on my phone and paid with a credit card. I still can’t get into Bell on my laptop. Count me as “frustrated and looking at alternatives.”
So I was connected to my bell WiFi and I couldn’t connect to MyBell on my phone. So I disconnect from WiFi and get on to pay my bill. I can’t wait for the new internet service provider Ontario east to connect then you can come pick up your garbage equipment at the road.
It is okay app. If you compare with T-mobile or other apps it lacks features and app flow.
Can’t use without a connection to wifi. Even though my account is set up for auto deposit it does not work. Have to pay manually through MyBell . Can be glitchy.
Sadly, there are still too many times when you must call Bell. They try to be helpful. They promise a solution, and the bill rarely resembles what was committed.
MyBell is overall easy to use and practical. I use it on my iPad and phone without any issues.
Bell has been screwing me since July 2020 when I entered into a two year agreement, after being promised certain conditions, in writing!! Since October they maintain that those condition were wrong, but I must still live with the agreement, now they can’ t understand how come my bill is not being paid even with a per-authorized, card registered on the account for auto bill pay, I need to figure out what they are doing wrong!! I want out from this lousy slow service and agents that can’t fix these problems!

It can take awhile to load but it’s nice to have easy access to my usage and pay my bill through MyBell .
Living in the USA, MyBell makes paying my bell bill very easy...
In less than two minutes my bill was paid internationally.
Lost my card and couldn’t turn it off through MyBell . Waited 39 minutes on hold for CSR and during that time my card was used. Do better and add a lock card function to MyBell
Easy to navigate and pay bills track usage etc plus live chat if you get bored🙇🏼♂️

Unlike many other apps which cram as much details as possible into a single screen, the this app app is clean and easy to reasd and use.
Whenever I am not connected to the internet I hardly receive texts.
