My RTI App on my iPhone comes up as a blue screen without any icons. When I go through my phone settings and select "reconfigure" under the RTI tab, I don't see my phone. Instead, it gives the option "my system."

I have a problem with controlling the RTI from Android. I try to reload the system. Clicking My system does not do anything. I disconnect the RTI, reboot the phone, let battery of phone diy and nothing helps.
