My RTI App on my iPhone comes up as a blue screen without any icons. When I go through my phone settings and select "reconfigure" under the RTI tab, I don't see my phone. Instead, it gives the option "my system."

I have a problem with controlling the RTI from Android. I try to reload the system. Clicking My system does not do anything. I disconnect the RTI, reboot the phone, let battery of phone diy and nothing helps.

How to fix RTI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RTI app on iPhone
Update RTI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RTI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RTI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RTI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RTI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RTI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RTI App
1. On android, goto Settings » RTI » click [Force Stop]

Update RTI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RTI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RTI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RTI.

Fix RTI unable to contact server/ RTI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RTI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RTI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RTI
