I downloaded this app earlier today after reading the reviews saying how well it worked with the iPhone. I can only see three of the preview windows that’s previewed on the app.
Can only see the preview one, two, and four have no idea how to work this app; no idea how to see preview number three and five the most important two that show results of your exercise. Why is this so difficult... I was trying this app for my workout group the ones that had an iPhone and wanted to be included with fit bit

After reading all the reviews on here I thought I was getting a good, working product, especially considering the cost of this app compared to others. However my experience was completely different. This product has not worked for me at all. Not even once. I contacted them twice to try to figure out the problem. The first time I got a generic response, the second time I got no response. I've requested a refund, but I'm not holding my breath for that either. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I paid for this app roughly two weeks ago. For the first week I noticed it wasn’t always syncing complete and accurate info from the Fitbit app to my Apple Health app. I wrote an email for help over a week ago and the company hasn’t bothered replying. Why would they, they’ve already received my money. I really wish I had listened to the other review that said not to waste my money, hopefully this saves someone else from spending it.
