After editing all the video, it just stuck like picture, not exporting. This app is keep on crashing in my device
Everytime I close the app because my apps freezes all the time I lose my project it’s getting annoying can you please fix this my username is Fmp.Macklin
it’s not letting me export my edit when i push “export” it starts to export but then it says “there was a problem exporting your project” its been happening for weeks already i just want to post my edit.

When I download a video by raising the quality, I see a box that says “Download failed, we have restored your credits.” Please solve the problem, thank you.

Hello Funimate. I have been working on several edits last night and when I woke up I realized that they were all gone. I can’t believe this happened as I worked on them so hard. This happened before too and I was so angry. I didn’t delete the projects, they disappeared even though I saved them to my private projects. Can you bring them back because I really don’t want to cancel my subscription but if I can’t edit at peace knowing that my projects could be deleted at any moment then I will leave the app with sadness. Please help me bring my projects back.
