The app does not work on my IPhone 11 Pro (latest updates installed). The app crashes and closes on start up, (shows the screen for fraction of a second and closes), or shows the screen but is not responsive - does not react to any selection of any number or menus What can I do to correct the problem? In the help section there is a link to related info but it does not work, clicking it does not take me to the webpage with relevant info (I am using Chrome on iPad Pro 5 generation)

Toovoip works OK on my Android phone, and I installed it on my wife's iPhone SE 2021. When I try to access the app, it briefly shows a keyboard, then disppears. If the keyboard does remian visble, none of the icons respond. I have tried deleting and installing many times. It simply downloads the app from the Cloud and I get the same problem. i have been unable to delete the app permanently from the Cloud so that I can change my wife's login to her name/email address, in case that was the problem. We leave for the UK in a few days, and I think I'll have to buy a local sim for her phone, since Toovoip has let me down. (Toovoip appears to wrk OK on my Android phone and I assume I can simpy make UK calls from witin the UK using only the contacts on my Toovoip list.)
