How to fix 2048 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 2048 app on iPhone
Update 2048 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 2048 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 2048 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 2048 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

1. On android, goto Settings » 2048 » click [Force Stop]

Update 2048 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 2048 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 2048 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 2048.

Fix 2048 unable to contact server/ 2048 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 2048 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 2048 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
