KuveytTürkMobil looks great at first look but it’s so complicated and the English language used is so cryptic. Consider this: I was due for a password change, which I completed. Next thing I know the device wants to be re-registered, so I login with new password. I get a message that I must confirm this device via the iPhone device saved. Guess what??? This is the only iPhone I ever registered with KuveytTürkMobil. Why is it not letting me do that? I am asked to call customer service but they are closed till Monday. Been thinking to leave this bank.
Developer stated a phone number to call 24x7. Well, it’s not true. That is the number I called and they are only open ten hours a day Mon-Fri.
After i updated to last version KuveytTürkMobil is stop working. I’m using iphone xs max

This is a banking application... You keep providing updates that change the entire application and change the way customers log in to the application... Too many updates and changes is not a good thing and it is confusing!!

After last update, i have a problem to show the THIS MONTH statement of my Miles& Smiles debit card. The application crashes and closed immediately once press to show THIS MONTH statement.

verification the account with email that registered in my bank on my account when I am out side the turky I can do the rest and sign in my account but you can't verify the my account with email
the application suddenly stopped (iphone 5) and asking for update, but apple store says that the update is not compatible with my phone, so the aaplication stopped completely, i can't login my accounts. hope to add 'most compatible version'.
I can’t update my virtual credit card limit even though I have more than enough money on my main credit card. Also, I cannot use the email button to send receipts to my email and I have to use the share button which is very not intuitive.
Great App! an idea for improvement is to recognize GPS current location and locate nearest branch by distance from user's current location.
Why don’t you have touch id option? Other than that everything is great with KuveytTürkMobil.

OTP works fine for confirming credit card online purchases, etc., but it would be even better if the approval for the payment could be added to KuveytTürkMobil where the user can receive a notification to sign into KuveytTürkMobil and confirm the payment, as some of us users are overseas sometimes and don’t have our phone numbers on.
I actually deleted and reinstalled KuveytTürkMobil and it works again.

I am using 5 banks' internet/mobile applications. Kuveytturk's is far better than others in terms of customer friendliness.
I have finally found the problem ..
All you have to do is go the the settings,general, time and date, and activate the 24 hour and then you will login easily to your application 😊 have a nice day
