Just purchased this app and while I am importing 75 photos from iCloud it is asking me to purchase the Safe+ extension. I did purchase it but it is still asking to purchase it again. Currently it is only allowing me to upload 27 photos so it is useless to me. Restoring purchases does not help either

I hope the developers will take my prior complaint to heart, because backups should NEVER take up 8GBs of space on any device… I use this app only for passwords. I don’t use it for saving photos or videos, so it is literally taking up 8gbs of space on backups… Maybe they should consider allowing the overwriting of previous backups to avoid this issue, instead of creating back up after back up… or only keep one prior back up, instead of dozens …
Either way, the app is great addition to anyone’s app’s library that is looking for a way to store their passwords, photos and documents safely!

I have used SAFE + from the time it was only known as SAFE. Twice over a decade I have had an accident or mishap that has caused me to receive a refurbished phone. In both incidents I was screwed because of technicalities involving restores from backups not working because the phone was upgraded to an IOS version that was newer than the last backup. You live long enough you will experience this. Twice in my moment of darkness Technical Support came through and saved me!!! This product is one of the best I have used to save critical passwords, data, etc. I just setup SAFE + Device Sync between my iPhone and MAC so I can have this data live in two locations. Which reminds me I used another password app as a backup. They are no longer in the APP store so the app will not download from the cloud to my phone. All of that data that was not duplicated was lost, and that is painful. ‘Nuff said, SAFE + is exceptional and has stood the TEST OF TIME!!!
