- The app doesn't promote exercise as it doesn't count walking steps accurately and steps produce energy that is not essential.

- The app doesn't log steps from using a treadmill.

- The special fairytale epic doesn't reward players who started it on time and takes an excessive amount of resources and energy.

Walker does not want to start. First I get the start up screen, than it flips to landscape and turns white and after a few seconds the app closes down....

How to fix Walkr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Walkr app on iPhone
Update Walkr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Walkr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Walkr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Walkr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Walkr Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Walkr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Walkr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Walkr » click [Force Stop]

Update Walkr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Walkr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Walkr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Walkr.

Fix Walkr unable to contact server/ Walkr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Walkr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Walkr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Walkr
