Requests the removal of Network Apps

The Smart adapt feature keeps starting over after it finishes calculating my new calorie count. I tried a force stop and restarting my phone. If I hit the back button to log something, it goes right back to smart adapt again and wants to calculate again.

The NuMi app is not working on my iPhone. When I try to open the app, I get a blank screen and it never opens.

Scanner not working Several items from menu have limited options to choose from or inaccurate calorie count. Currently app takes too much time to deal with

The NUMI app food scanner stopped working. The bar code scanner is not working on neither my iPhone or my wives Samsung Android. Restarting the app nor reinstalling the app has worked.

Went on vacation for 2 weeks and stopped using app; now scanner will not work.

Numi retroactively lowered the daily caloric intake for week one! Really? I went to the Nutrisystem chat to see if they could help. They told me they don't know what happened - NuMi may have "made a mistake" or I might have changed something by mistake. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence in NuMi.

Keep receiving error message which directs me to website but that results in error. Cannot access my journal

My app is only showing a green and blue screen. I can’t log any meals. Very frustrating!!

Numi app does not scan some bar coded Nutrisystem foods.

How do I edit my list of foods

My app will not show flex meals by the meal type. I changed my plan from 5 day to 7 day, but the change starts next month.

I received my 20lbs weight loss badge. But when I go into all my badges, I don't see it listed there with with my others. I have tried resetting my phone and it still doesn't show. Plz help.

The Numi app is opening up but sits on a white screen with the spinning Numi logo. This morning I left it to run & it took over 10 min on my new Samsung phone. Then when I input my food item it took about same amount of time to log that food. What is the fix? Thank you.

The NUMI app is Changing what I enter. I enter pork loin as PP and it changes it to other. I add carrots as a vegetable and it changes it to other.

NuMi will not hold power fuel logs. It changes them to Other. If I go back and edit it still changes them back to other.

I can't get on the Numi app. My android phone keeps giving me "Numi keeps stopping." I can't get on the app.

Numi app not working all day

For the last two days, I cannot get on the app. It’s just a green screen, like it’s frozen. I’ve tried to refresh, uninstall, reinstall, and nothing works

The NUMI app would not work on my android phone. Then, it WORKED! (for a week or so). Today, it no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have cleaned out caches and accessed NUMI on the NS website with no problem. I'd like to use my PHONE! All I'm getting today is the green circle arroud the NUMI logo.

I have tried to download/ open the NuMi app several times but all I get is the green screen. It is unresponsive.

The 55% OFF your a la carte order offer no longer works. I consistently log in the journal so receive the offer every 28 days. However, when I try to use it, some other offer pops up. Currently it is 50% off plans - don't know where that one is coming from, but it is not what I am "claiming". Would really appreciate someone fixing the glitch!

App won't allow shopping with current version numi app. I think I have newest app for Android. Please advise.

Freezes when I try to add weight from earlier weigh ins.

Numi takes forever to load. It shows the loading symbol circling for a long time. This just started occurring within the past week. It was fine previously. I cleared app cache and data. Still same issue. I uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled it. Same issue is occurring. Samsung Galaxy S21 Android version 12

App will not open. It just keeps pulsing a green hexagon. I am uninstalled several times and get same result.

Your directions for resetting the start date do not work. I found this app difficult to use the first time around , it is still not working properly.

The calendar date in the upper right corner won’t advance. I have to change it manually everyday to get my previous day to clear.

Not opening up… icon doesn’t stop spinning and then kicks. I’ve used app for 2 years and has gotten progressively slower to work… and all of your pop-ups (which are ver annoying) cause it to lick-up sometimes. If I can get the app to work again (I’ve rebooted many times and still not resetting), I’d like a “No pop-up” option, too if possible…really causes issues from user side. Thanks!

For the past 3 days/nights approximately after 10:30PM the NUMI application continually crashes - I cannot access the program and continue to record my meal activities. H

Numi app doesn't register your meals. You can enter or scan the meals but numi doesn't retain your entries. You have to enter multiple times.
