How to fix Poptropica app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Poptropica app on iPhone
Update Poptropica app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Poptropica iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Poptropica on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Poptropica network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Poptropica not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Poptropica App
1. On android, goto Settings » Poptropica » click [Force Stop]

Update Poptropica to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Poptropica App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Poptropica » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Poptropica.

Fix Poptropica unable to contact server/ Poptropica internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Poptropica » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Poptropica » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Poptropica
