Other reviewers have mentioned this - it would not add my credit card (US credit card, and when I try to add it’s just an endless loading wheel of death) so I am in Israel on vacation and can’t get anywhere because the nearest Rav Kav station is too far away and they only accept payment via Rav Kav card or this stupid app that doesn’t work!!!

Nightmare. They have the ability to accept contactless credit card payments ON THE BUS why can’t you just do that!? That’s how it is in other countries and far superior. I should not be stuck without public transportation right now.

Was unable to add any credit card. Either the loading page afterwards spins forever. Or with a different card tells me to check my internet connectivity. Multiple credit cards attempted, on multiple networks.

There is a bug where an incorrect network disruption modal is shown when trying to register with a phone number.

This would have been a cool app but there are bugs in literally every step of the process and unfortunately it has screwed me over too many times to use..

Utterly useless when it won’t even accept credit card info. Something has to be wrong with HopOnRavPassהופאוןרבפס if both my credit cards that have been accepted by other public travel apps in multiple countries declined HopOnRavPassהופאוןרבפס.

Use with caution. The concept of HopOnRavPassהופאוןרבפס is good, but unfortunately it rarely works. Often when scanning travel on a bus route, HopOnRavPassהופאוןרבפס is unable to recognize very popular routes. This will leave you unable to pay and could put you at risk for getting ticketed.

HopOnRavPassהופאוןרבפס refuses to accept my US credit card as a payment method with a “Refusal by credit card company” error. I’ve checked with my credit card issuer and the refusal is not coming from their end.

Sadly this is discriminatory and inequitable, as the bus system in Tel Aviv does not accept cash and one of the primary methods for paying electronically is an unmaintained, nonfunctional app.

Unable to add US-ussued card. Tried multiple cards from different banks. No dice. Called bank. No error on their end. Useless app.

They often don’t match your trip. Be prepared to edit your route and/or your direction.

Much better than Moovit. Ads aren’t intrusive. Better ui. And more accurate

Love the idea but none of the credit cards I entered work - both american and Israeli! Please fix this

Very clean looking app, very helpful getting around, very accurate bus information, I tell all my friends about it, really have a positive experience all together.

I used HopOnRavPassהופאוןרבפס all over Tel Aviv and loved it. In particular the guidance feature was great. It’s also great with directions on real time for walking.

Just works. Great alternative to moovIT.

I like it because it’s easy to use . I am using in all public transportation, buses light rail and Rail . So far it worked smoothly. Strongly recommended.

HopOnRavPassהופאוןרבפס is simple to use and lets you know the status of the ticket. Much better then keeping up with a card.
