- Route Search: Navigates users from their preferred point of departure to their destination. Covers all modes of public transport and provides useful information such as platform numbers, station lists, and timetables. Users can search directly from a zoomable interactive map of the Tokyo area and save up to 50 recently searched routes. The Japan Rail Pass mode shows the most efficient route for pass holders.
- Map / Offline Spot Search: Allows users to search offline for free Wi-Fi hotspots, currency exchange spots, ATMs, TICs, and train stations. Users can also book hotels, rental cars, and activities nearby their location or destination.
- Plan: Allows users to create their own travel plans by adding spots to their favorites and creating a timeline. Users can confirm transportation information directly from their plan and select modes of transportation like train, taxi, walking, local buses, etc. Users can also start their planning from recommended itineraries and coordinate it by adding spots from their interests.
- Paid Offers additional features such as searching alternative routes in case of a disruption to the searched route, voice navigation, checking the rankings of articles, making more collections, and sorting out favorite spots. The app also provides a rain & snow radar that shows the forecast up to 6 hours ahead.
Note: The app uses GPS in the background to enhance user experience, and continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. Users are also asked to participate in a survey for the Japan Tourism Agency, which is optional.
