Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever URBI app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix URBI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the URBI app on iPhone
Update URBI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall URBI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix URBI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve URBI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix URBI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent URBI app issues:

Force Stop the URBI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click URBI app. » click "Force Stop".

Update URBI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear URBI App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "URBI app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch URBI.

Fix URBI unable to contact server/ URBI internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click URBI » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got URBI » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch URBI on android.
