My virgin Pulse app stops syn with the virgin pulse max buzz. The max buzz is found by app, but it always stuck on the page "Let's see what's new." I tried disconnecting and connecting the max buzz, the issue remains.
The app shows I have 4 notifications on the icon, but I am unable to find a way to figure out what those notifications are (there are 5 items in my notifications section) or how to get the notification icon to stop showing I have 4 new notifications.
Syncing my max buzz has been a problem ever since the app was updated. I have Uninstaller the reinstalled. I have disconnected the reconnected so many times it is now just crazy to do anything else. Loser app update!!
Since the new app version of virgin pulse came out, my steps are not resetting on my stats everyday. I am not adding up the points I should be because of this. Could you let me know what to do or check to see if it is a problem on your end? Thank-You, Donette Campbell
Today is the 10th of Nov and I have been trying to upload my annual physical exam since the 4th. Time is running out!!! It keeps saying there was a problem while uploading. Please help. TIA

I try to add healthy habits but they don’t register. Everything else is working. I u installed and reinstalled the app but same result. This is critical as we get a d Health care discount based on this.
My virgin pulse app ‘healthy habits’ are not working correctly. I should get 10 pts each for marking 3 healthy habits for a total of 30 pts a day, but when I log in they’re all marked yes already and I’m getting 10 pts for only 1 even though they all show ‘yes’. I’ve tried updating the app but this doesn’t work. Please advise how to fix this. Thanks

I have been having trouble with the healthy habits not loading on my iPhone. The page opens and I can click each one, it allows me to record my yes/no response and then nothing shows. When I check it against my computer, the responses were not registered. This has been happening for the last week.
My app isn’t working correctly. It isn’t registering my healthy habit selections. It wasn’t loading step counts from previous days. I totally disconnected my buzz, deleted and reinstalled the app and it fixed the step issues, but not the other issues.
My app is not resetting. The items I picked the day before are still highlighted, and the new ones I pick won’t highlight.
The healthy habits are not logging. When I try to answer the questions, it goes back to unanswered

Healthy habits not working. Points not posting for a few days.
App isn't recording Healthy Habits correctly. Can select the one that I'm trying to update and choose my yes/no option, but it reverts to the previous screen without recording my selection (and doesn't award any points). Oddly enough, whatever selections I make get pre-updated the following day based on whatever selections I made the day before (but without awarding any points). Somehow still tracks steps correctly and awards the correct amount of points for them though... Have already verified that I'm using the most up to date version of the app (3.197.1). Already tried logging out and back in again, deleting / re-installing the app, and disconnecting / re-syncing my smart watch. Using an IPhone 13 with up-to-date software.
I am using the iOS iPhone app and healthy habits will only track two healthy habits not the normal 3 daily. Vsn is 3.197.1 I went to the web version and had to do there Thanks for any help you can provide.

Healthy habits are selected but not recorded. The icon doesn’t change to indicate it was recorded.
Hello, my Virgin pulse isn’t recording my Healthy Habits. I click on it and it lets me answer the question and shows the green check mark, but when it goes back to the list of all the healthy habits none of them show complete and my points aren’t showing up for them either. Thanks.
App will not open. I put in my username and password, and it just shows an orange arrow. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled several times and have restarted my phone.

The Virgin Pulse app will not connect to my Max Buzz. I can get to the setting screen, but then it says "let's see what's new" and freezes there, so I cannot get notifications on my Max Buzz.
When I open my app, it freezes. Never get a to my Home Screen. Every day for past two weeks I have to delete the app and reinstall.. And even that doesn’t work every time. Is he I try to update habits I get and error messages. Getting very frustrated since I am unable to get all my points for the day.

I updated to the most recent version of app last month. Has not worked since. I am experiencing the same thing as others just the blue sky rocks and water home screen and a spinning icon. I use this for a health incentive program through my husband’s company. Very frustrating I cannot get this to work. I’ve had problems in past with the app but nothing that couldn’t be resolved. So far nothing has worked.

havent been able to open the app since the last update, this happens after every update. I deleted the app and re-installed it as I have been instructed in the past to no avail.
Is MyFitnessPal the only way to track food with Virgin Pulse? I keep getting an error trying to connect the two apps. I’ve deleted both and signed back in to the same problem. Thanks, Alex
I’ve tried to open the app several times in the last week, and it just spins. I’ve updated to the latest version and restarted my iPhone. Still won’t load. Using it on an iPhone 12. Now on iOS 15.4.1, though I was on an earlier version Wednesday and Thursday when I tried the first 3 times.
