RemoteUtilities as well as the desktop software work very well. My only complaint is that you can only store one connection in RemoteUtilities . I wish they would add the ability to save and store more connections.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t, good thing it’s not a mission critical system.
I know my PC is on because I’m running a security system on it but I can’t access it with your software but I can access my security software. Ugh

Only supports single password.
Plus, it takes 4-5 connection attempts before it actually connects. And the error log simply says “connection to ___ failed”. Can’t figure out what’s going on.
I’m going to contact support and hopefully I can bump this up to 5 stars at a later date!

RemoteUtilities does exactly what I need. I run a internet radio station. So I need something to access it from the road. This is my go to software.

If RemoteUtilities supported even half of the Remote Utilities core features it would be great, but as it is this is pitiful for a RMM tool in 2020.

Keyboard works for a minute then freezes. I’ve tried on multiple iOS devices with this issue. Once this is fixed, I’d give 5 stars

Works fine on PC. With RemoteUtilities, it never successfully logs in. Reset password on host as well as double checked Id and port number. On two different hosts it fails.

You can’t right click anything or ctrl-alt-del, so RemoteUtilities is basically useless

Hoping to find an alternative to Teamviewer, which goes through their server before accessing the remote pc, I installed RU and found that it was just a very basic remote control app. I couldn't transfer files which is why I was looking for an alternative. A lot of the time the mouse would not work within RemoteUtilities though you could move it around. You just couldn't 'click' on anything on the remote pc. There is also no help pdf specifically for the iOS version.

Like another person said, the lack of some important controls limits the ability to use RemoteUtilities to near zero. Without the ability to send ctrl-alt-del signal, I am stuck at the login screen. Also, the lack of a right click function further degrades the usability. Please correct soon, so we can use RemoteUtilities to its potential.

First make sure remote works on your PC from another PC. I had to change ports and use the gateway mediation service for connections. To use internet id type down in all caps. Works like a charm, albeit a little slow on lte. But that can be expected. Thanks usoris for the free app.

Using on an iPad, version I
It opened Host PCs instantly, great!
But could not even log in to PC, no way to send CTL-ALT-DEL.
On another system, moving cursor, dragged screen in opposite direction. Unable to find a right click.
Need other Windows keys, not on iPad, like up, dn, left, right arrows, home, end, pgup, pgdn.
Need Connection/Address book. Can only see Connection ID, not a useful name.
LogMeIn Ignition program was not perfect, but had many more keyboard tools.
My Windows version works great, but this is not a working app for the iPad. JUNK

- UI is somewhat pleasant to look at, but lacking many common remote control features such as right click and the ability to send ctrl-alt-del.

RemoteUtilities used to be by far the best free option for Remote Desktop work. Now on the IPad Air it crashes on startup. Hopefully once fix it will be back at the best, at least in my opinion.

RemoteUtilities it's self is nice. It's also fast. However, as far as I can tell, there is no right click. What use is a Remote Desktop app with no right click?

Need an option to connect to private GMS server. Ctrl+Alt+Del would be helpful when connecting to domain computers with a private GMS!
