Let me prelude this by saying I have done loss prevention, compliance audits, and mystery shops since 1997, and rarely, I mean RARELY do I work with a company that has an issue with surveys, narratives, or other reports. This company has an app and website that should be constantly functioning, and when they aren’t they should have an alternative way to get reports in on time, or give extensions. Pretty simple. I’ve done audits for Secret Shopper in the past and completed two in the past week. Both were just reimbursement shops in San Diego, there was no shop fee or income to be made. That’s fine and all, but I’m paying out my own money, $50-67 during each of these shops and when I went to write my report, the shop says it is cancelled and you have to “accept feedback”, you can’t even comment that you are ready to do the report. So, I emailed them screenshots from SecretShopper on my phone and also my laptop and all they did was deny any issue and make excuses not to pay. BE VERY WARY or you will end up wasting a lot of your own money due to their faulty technology and poor scheduler/coordinator communication and service. This is BREACH OF CONTRACT!
