If I could give it a 0 stars I would when it askes you to make a pen when you do it first and then redo it it says they don’t match a couple times before it will work and then what you go to right after that it says you can have a 7 day free trial but then you have to pay to use it I don’t have a card on my apple account so it won’t let me have a free trial Bc I’ve tired on other apps I’ve used on both of my iPhones I’ve ever had so what’s the point of making it free in SecretAppsPhotoLock Store if you have to be able to pay them money bc of apps like this is why I won’t have a card on my apple account bc whose to say the “7 day free trial” they don’t charge you for I’m not saying SecretAppsPhotoLock does that but I have had a “free” app do that to me so if I was to be able to see how SecretAppsPhotoLock works I might be able to rate it better bc when you have the friends I do they some nosy people on my phone and it’s not like I’m trying to hide everything it’s only one app I need it for there I would like to rate this a 0 but it won’t let me so I rated a 1 please make a version of SecretAppsPhotoLock that works and is truly free like it says in SecretAppsPhotoLock Store

I would like to sue this company. They promised to secure their customers’ information that was stored in their previous ‘My Apps’ product. They failed on their promise to keep their customers’ information secure. Due to the company’s negligence I no longer have access to my information that I entrusted to them. Due to the company’s negligence my information is no longer secure; they can provide no proof as to the location of my information. By their lack of response to their customers regarding this issue, they have admitted that they have failed to secure their customers’ information. This company should be held accountable for their lack of security. Where is my information?! And who has gained access to my information?!

Also, the company is misrepresenting themselves on SecretAppsPhotoLock Store. They are ranked under the “free apps” as the #93 business app, but SecretAppsPhotoLock is not free. You cannot receive any service without first singing up for a “free” week trial that will automatically enroll you in the paid monthly subscription. Free for a week should not be considered a “free” app.

This appears to be the update to the previous version “My App.” They claim SecretAppsPhotoLock is free but it’s not. Immediately you must commit to a subscription in order to use SecretAppsPhotoLock . A bait and switch to get people who are desperate to get their lost data from My App back.

I read the reviews and saw how so many people experienced the same as I. Memories, personal and important data all lost on My App due to no support, iOS, or phone upgrades.

I got even more suspicious after reading the reviews and then trying to delete content I added to this “new app.” You’ll get a messaged stating that you can’t delete or move anything while it’s being backed up to the cloud. Sure sign they don’t plan for you to be able to remove your data, forcing you to keep the subscription. Don’t be fooled. Do not download or share any information on SecretAppsPhotoLock. Very shady!!

I’m writing this review after sending Mobile Bros. three emails as a Premium customer for about a year trying to sync my data to another device, an each time the only reply I received was a set of instructions that are either outdated or just don’t work! To be specific According to the instructions in order to sync a new device you must select Restore Purchases Under the Premium membership which charges a monthly fee. I have selected restore purchases on 15 consecutive attempts and each time a pop-up tells me “there was a problem activating your premium account please try again later.” As of this day July 29, 2018, there’s been no resolve to my request to sync my information to a new device. Therefore if I could give zero stars I would so one star was the only available star I could give!

Please Update The Previous “My Apps”. I still have the outdated app on my phone in hopes that you will update it for ios11 like so many others have requested. We as your customers have lost access to plenty of data that we have entrusted to the previous app. Now with this entirely “new version” of the same app, we cannot access old photos and files and to make matters even worse, we’re being asked to PAY for use without even the possibility of retrieving our lost files from the prior model of SecretAppsPhotoLock . Your company needs to address how we can receive our old files back. Either update the old model for ios11 usage and accessibility, or continue to receive One-Star reviews by unsatisfied customers who are CLEARLY outraged by the mishandling of customer trust and private files and information.

This is a good app. Protects well. I have paid for the premium upgrade but it never upgraded after purchased. So I’m weary about purchasing it a second time since it didn’t work the first time! This failure to upgrade makes me reluctant to tell friends about the premium. Besides that I really like SecretAppsPhotoLock. The upgrade feature needs to be fixed or reimburse money.

I had SecretAppsPhotoLock when it first came out and it was free and worked great. Now that it has been taken over an supposedly upgraded, my free photos that I had cannot be accessed because I am not paying the fee. This kind of customer service should be a warning that greed is more important than the original customer base. I’m sure that the good rating SecretAppsPhotoLock has was from when it was free.

SecretAppsPhotoLock started out awesome years ago when I first downloaded it back when it was called “My Apps”. Last week I had to get a new phone and redownload my apps. Turns out this company took away the free version and now gives you a 7 day trial before harboring anything you may have stored in here. “When I went to cancel they say oh you have to cancel 24 hrs in advanced to your trial version”. I guess my 5 years of having SecretAppsPhotoLock didn’t account for anything so I’m stuck paying $6 for this trash. Needless to say I’ve downloaded all my files off this thing and once my month of mandatory service is up I’m long gone.

Most apps back up to iCloud and all apps have this capability, so forcing users to buy that protection for their files is greedy and could potentially be a major concern if the user does not have a recent enough manual back-up. This safety precaution is a basic feature that should be free with the download. In-app purchases should be limited to features such as more customization and storage space, not peace of mind that your files are safe in case of a lost or damaged phone.

I rate SecretAppsPhotoLock 0!!!! This is the worse app ever!!!! Please don’t waste your money. After putting my pictures and other personal things on SecretAppsPhotoLock it STOP letting me see them. It asked if I wanted to restore, I will have to upgrade. When you upgrade you lose everything you had in the free app. Plus it charged me $1.99 twice every week. There’s no number to cancel it. I’ve tried going through the steps that it’s sends you through but it is very unhelpful. I’m currently trying to cancel it now. If anyone knows how to cancel it PLEASE let me know!!!

This is not the first time this company (Mobile Bros) has had SecretAppsPhotoLock. In fact the first one before this was exactly the same.

All they did was have the same thing here previously, it worked well for awhile then they gave it a update that went straight for your wallet.

Since then, they got a ton of well deserved bad reviews, they deleted that version off SecretAppsPhotoLock Store, effectively shafting everyone who used it, then uploaded this older version with minor changes.

Because of their overwhelming lack of care for the customer buying their previous app, I’m (along with others) permanently locked out of many precious photos and information I thought would be at least safe on their app as it promised.

Unless you enjoy this treatment, I would advise against using SecretAppsPhotoLock.
It’s simply not worth your time.

Changed iPhones now the non paid version no longer works with NO WARNING my data being help for $$$

I used to always use SecretAppsPhotoLock, however one day I accidentally deleted it and so I re-downloaded SecretAppsPhotoLock ,and I couldn’t get into SecretAppsPhotoLock because I did not have premium.
Is there anyway I can get in SecretAppsPhotoLock without having to get premium?

P.S. I absolutely love SecretAppsPhotoLock , I’ve also recommended SecretAppsPhotoLock to many of my friends and family however their having the problem as well.

This is a bad app. I have a spend a lot of time in SecretAppsPhotoLock trying to find out how do I get out of that app. They keep charging me every month and I didn’t even know that.
I thought I have a free version.
Now I started looking into SecretAppsPhotoLock to find out a way to unsubscribe it. It tells you that you can turn off the auto renewal. But auto renew is no where to be found.
I may have to call Apple support and spend time with them over the phone to get rid of these people.

Everything works great except trying to put in high definition videos over 5 minutes long. It will freeze then crash every time. Which is a huge issue because most of my stored videos will be over that length. I’m afraid if this isn’t fixed I’ll be looking for a new app. Developers, please fix this. I have the iPhone XS Max that may be a factor I’m not sure.
