iSecretShop - Mystery Shopping Reviews

It’s pretty fun. $70 to take a ferry, $50 reimbursements for restaurants, $9 just to inquire about 3 phone recommendations, $40 reimbursement for GAMBLING if you lose, free $17 car washes, free city parking, $20 to wonder around a store for 15 minutes, $210 just to open up a savings account at 18 y/o, $15 just to see if they’ll sell cigarettes without carding a kid, $75 to fake like you’re taking out a home loan...and on and on. Those were real shops I’ve seen and/or completed! Love it!

You’ll want to either have a PERFECT memory or keep your phone recording audio so you can better write the reviews.

iSecretShop isn’t perfect but it’s functional. It makes me feel like my phone screen is too small. The actual website is pretty well polished.

this app is an awesome company. The shops are fun and they pay pretty well too! My only suggestion would be for them to have more variety in their offerings. One can only do practically the same type of cell phone shop, with the same scenario at 17 different cell phone shops without it getting just a tad repetitive. But again, the company is great and provide excellent customer service. iSecretShop is pretty good too; it locks-up on occasion, but all I have to do is exit out and go back in. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a little extra ca$hola. You won’t make a “living” out of it, but will bring in some extra moolah for some fun later on down the road ;)

I have been mystery shopping for 4+ years now and I think iSecretShop is the most user-friendly source for me to obtain shops in input the data. At one point, there was a slight problem uploading more than one photo to a report. But I mentioned it and it was corrected immediately. I’ve never had another problem since. The questions are direct into the point. And it even let you know if you’ve omitted something or didn’t type in enough characters or anything else that might hold you back. It’s a great app and I thoroughly enjoy it!

I think this is the greatest thing since peanut butter. The more questions I’m suppose to ask, the more I want to. I can’t believe the things I’m learning that I used to take for just so so. Like the Hair Club, all the commercials I never paid any attention to, now are hitting home! I just couldn’t believe they could really grow more hair in unhealthy follicles and make them healthy again. Why, I ask, are there so many bald people? They needed to be woken up before it was too late. I’ll NEVER be bald! ( if I stay healthy) And I get PAID!!!

I love doing shops with iSecretShop. Almost impossible to make a mistake or forget something. I wish more mystery shopping companies would use it. Using iSecretShop is so much faster than having to input a standard report. You can do it in your car immediately after the shop or even as you are doing the shop. Only thing that needs fixing is better integration with Apple’s voice to text.

So we did a shop on a furniture store. We did as asked and mention mattresses (we recorded the entire experience on our phone). Now it is NOT our fault that we were not asked for the mattress demonstration. It only said in our paper work to ask about mattresses and accept mattress demo if asked. This Trish Overton lady emailed me and told me I had to go back and have the mattress demo it was in my paperwork. No it was not. It says if asked accept demo and $30 isn’t worth over an hour of my time and a 2 hour drive. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 sadly we did 2 shops that day and follow directions on both the same. We were very thorough!!! So for the second shop we did on the same day was also declined. There is no winning with this company. DONT DO IT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! Waste of time!

The first time I used iSecretShop , I waited until I got home and had collected all the information and had taken all the pictures.

After that, I decided I’d try it while I was actually at the shop. Very slick and so easy to use. Takes you through it step-by-step and before you know it you’re done with you job.

It works but takes time. Unlike other mystery shopping apps, this one is dependent on the outside parties to verify and pay you and for some odd reason they put up with these merchants taking weeks to pay up. I’ve had to wait over a month to be paid for some jobs which is ludicrous. Slow glitchy app is annoying too.

I assigned myself to this one project for Intel, it says I had to purchase the food and after following ALL instructions will be reviewed and I get the reimbursement afterwards. I missed one photo of the food I ordered to go. The Rep Randi said she gave me an extension to send her the photo of the food . I had the receipt to prove it. Wow I didn’t even know I only have 24 hours to submit it. I emailed and sent her the necessary photos.

She said I didn’t meet the deadline and it’s over the extended time. Not only she didn’t reply back in a timely manner. I didn’t get my reimbursement, didn’t get paid and wasted my money for buying food all because of a missing photo.

I lost $25 from a missing photo regardless of evidential receipt lesson learned. Drove to the location wasted gas.

Only some of the companies are friendly and helpful who’s more attentive than others.

I've used iSecretShop twice now & am getting the hang of it. Sometimes the screen shifts or does strange things when entering text but I always find a way to get it back to normal. I really like being able to enter shop data while onsite including taking a photo of my receipt & uploading it.

I have worked with I Secret Shop for 9 months. Their platform is one of the easiest to navigate, of the Secret/Mystery Shopper sites. The companies that are under their "umbrella", have been easy to work with. There are jobs listed regularly. I have been paid by all of these companies. ISS is a quality Shopper company, that I readily recommend.

I love being a secret shopper. While I love having iSecretShop , lately it has been losing photos and information. I rely on iSecretShop to tell me I have missed answers. It will say everything is complete and then the shop is returned. I take photos and save them and then they are gone when I get back. I refuse to use the camera in iSecretShop , and take pics and upload from my gallery now. I hope they can fix these issues

When you look at Available assignments while away from home it gives you the same list as local to where you are.

Used to show “Home” location jobs no matter where you were. Now it only shows correct “Near Home” jobs if you’re actually near home. Otherwise it shows you the same list you see in “Near Me”.

Please fix.

Don’t be confused. Companies use their platform to facilitate and manage mystery shopping assignments. ISS isn’t a mystery shopping company. If you have complaints about the assignment or your pay, it’s the company you are working for, not ISS.

I love iSecretShop . It is so much easier than any other shop reporting platform.

By far the best lil app around now.! It takes a minute for funds to be available.! But that’s is a legitimately good job, no scam and easy work right from home.! And most of there shops are reimbursement, well all of the shops.! I like iSecretShop.! Been doing it for 4 years now.! Any lil bit of money help.! Money popping up in your PayPal like ok.!?!

Great company, great functioning app. I do a few shops here and there for restaurants or various other tasks. iSecretShop works great no problems. Some companies don’t have a great app so when you try to upload your reports or photos it doesn’t work well. Not here!

Great app , instructions are explained perfectly as is iSecretShop super easy to figure out. Great support too. There’s an email notification u get when you accept an assignment from a real person you can reply to with questions and they really answer quickly. I love it

I enjoy these assignments but iSecretShop has so many bugs. It’s hard to write more than one line because the field disappears on my phone and I’m typing without seeing. Also iSecretShop struggles to open sometimes and I have to wait. The payment is one of the slowest. I work for 3 other companies and this one is the only one that takes over 30 days to pay.

I enjoy doing car washes and get reimbursed for them. And having a beer at a local diner and get reimbursed for that! It takes about 40 days to receive a payment from the day you submit an easy report, but it adds up and I can’t complain ;) I like iSecretShop !

An easy to use app. Submitting photos would not take any minute to upload. I like the simplicity of the box type question where you can easily check appropriate answers and write down comments needed. All mystery shopping institution should use iSecretShop.
