- OpenSnow has been consistently overly optimistic in terms of snow accumulation.

- NOAA's (free) forecasts have been more accurate in terms of both snowfall and storm timing for nearly every storm this season in both Summit and Eagle County.

How to fix OpenSnow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OpenSnow app on iPhone
Update OpenSnow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OpenSnow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OpenSnow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OpenSnow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OpenSnow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OpenSnow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OpenSnow App
1. On android, goto Settings » OpenSnow » click [Force Stop]

Update OpenSnow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OpenSnow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OpenSnow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OpenSnow.

Fix OpenSnow unable to contact server/ OpenSnow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OpenSnow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OpenSnow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OpenSnow
