How to fix Surfline app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Surfline app on iPhone
Update Surfline app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Surfline iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Surfline on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Surfline network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Surfline Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Surfline not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Surfline App
1. On android, goto Settings » Surfline » click [Force Stop]

Update Surfline to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Surfline App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Surfline » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Surfline.

Fix Surfline unable to contact server/ Surfline internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Surfline » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Surfline » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Surfline
