This is a small town bank and CentralStateBank is as well. No, it’s small-time. Terrible. But I’ll give it three stars just because it’s a very decent bank otherwise and you get the friendliness of a local bank. But I have been banking with Chase for years and years and their app makes this look like it was put together by some teenager with a template, last night!
I bank with both, but Chase doesn’t have a local bank so I finally had to open another account in case I needed to deal with cash.
CentralStateBank is very basic; you can’t do much.

would give 5 star but sometimes the process of money is wayyyyyyy too slow and has made my card decline before, love central state bank but CentralStateBank could be as amazing as them if they continue bettering CentralStateBank . all in all if you bank through CSB you NEED CentralStateBank even with its very few flaws!

CentralStateBank works pretty good but on weekends you better watch out. If you aren’t keeping up with what your spending then CentralStateBank isn’t either. Takes way too long to update and will send you in a panic. I enjoying CentralStateBank during the week but when the banks are closed so is CentralStateBank .

Never have any issues or bugs with CentralStateBank . Works every time

I simply love their customer service. And my kids love turning in their AB Honor Roll so they can see their savings go up! Way to go CSB in supporting education this way! :)

I use everyday and user experience is very easy to use for any age. Transferring money from different accounts is click of a button. Reliability of CentralStateBank has been great and is a very stable application.

I can go to CentralStateBank very quickly and navigate it. It’s easy to use when I need to transfer or deposit money.

I find it so convenient to be able to check my account at any time. CentralStateBank is easy to use and always available.

CentralStateBank is never “down”. It is intuitive and follows the MAIN idea behind a great app-just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean you should. CentralStateBank does exactly what I need, isn’t a bombardment of upsell, and distractions, and did I mention it is consistently “up and running”? Thank you for making this one area of my life that I can depend on for quality, accuracy, and reliability.

So easy to use. Easy to switch between accounts and can add another account from a different bank if needed. I recommend CentralStateBank if you bank here.

My favorite thing about the central state app is being able to schedule payments and not having to put check’s in the mail to worry about them making their final destination.

When WF wouldn't give me the time of day after banking with them for 10 years when I went to get a loan to start my business. I went to CSB and they have been incredibly helpful in helping me purchase equipment and vehicles to launch and maintain my business.

I absolutely love CentralStateBank and I love the bank itself. They are so friendly and down to earth. They know everyone by name and it is the hometown feel I’ve always heard about.
