I called them about upgrading RadiantIPTV or losing my monthly subscription. The guy on the phone didn’t seem to take me seriously and couldn’t give any idea when it would be updated. I guess these guys are dumb enough to lose good monthly revenue streams rather than to spend some to update their app. Makes no business sense! Pretty short sighted. Oh well. They deserve the consequences. Bye.

If you pay $240 at one time and year long you face problem watching your favorite live channels, you ought to get angry and frustrated. All time when we call to report, they say it’s temporary problem, but how can temporary problem continue year long! Enough is enough I am not going to refer this to anyone and not going to continue my service.

Really unprofessional customer service.They don't have any idea how to resolve a issue.They hang up my line during conversation and blocked my number.

Do not download RadiantIPTV doesn’t work in NY,usa.

U can not register on RadiantIPTV neither there’s a options to sign up using your subscription info.

I want to cancel my subscription and i sent a mail to radiantip tv and nobody is responding and it is charging my money. This time i will block my card if it happens again

We were calling multiple times to fix an issue which they were unable to fix in two days.
They are very worse in customer service.
We have canceled their service.
They said they don’t care for a complain as they have 2700 subscribers

RadiantIPTV open on iOS 14, Once I click on Channels, its only plays Audio. NO VIDEO. Black Screen. Please fix the issue, update RadiantIPTV and make it iOS14 compatible. Thank U

Great work !! Super quality for bangla channels. I've been looking for this kind of app since I start using the iPhone . But u need update coz some Bangla channels are not working. Thank you.

Apple released ios 11. and RadiantIPTV needs to get updated in order for us to use. home you resolve this issue asap

You can watch many Bangla shows but it takes very long to load.
