I called them about upgrading this app or losing my monthly subscription. The guy on the phone didn’t seem to take me seriously and couldn’t give any idea when it would be updated. I guess these guys are dumb enough to lose good monthly revenue streams rather than to spend some to update their app. Makes no business sense! Pretty short sighted. Oh well. They deserve the consequences. Bye.

If you pay $240 at one time and year long you face problem watching your favorite live channels, you ought to get angry and frustrated. All time when we call to report, they say it’s temporary problem, but how can temporary problem continue year long! Enough is enough I am not going to refer this to anyone and not going to continue my service.

We were calling multiple times to fix an issue which they were unable to fix in two days.
They are very worse in customer service.
We have canceled their service.
They said they don’t care for a complain as they have 2700 subscribers
