Add expense - start here - submit expense now - except not because the button doesn’t work. I updated Clarity , I restarted it, still doesn’t work. It’s almost as if someone doesn’t want me submitting my expenses on time.
this app has made several of the same mistakes on my account. They’ve repeatedly paid the wrong provider after submitting the proper information These mistakes cost me money and time. Countless emails and calls to resolve issue.
App wont recognize my user name and password. I downloaded Clarity because their website is broken and won’t let me access my account information or link my insurance information. I foolishly thought I could use Clarity . Nope can’t even log in. Normally I would suspect user error on my part but those same credentials still work on the website. This company is so incompetent it should be criminal. I am just glad my company recognized it and is replacing them with another vendor. My condolences to the everyone who has to continue to use these jokers.
Login is different from this app portal online. Clarity has reset its login and every few months I have to reset everything to log in. You can’t get in contact with this app through the phone or their chat. A great example of what is wrong with our healthcare and benefits as they continue to take money out of my paycheck that I cannot access due to poor app/website/customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars
It’s honestly embarrassing for this app how Clarity doesn’t work or let others sign in. This is a HEALTH app that we all pay for and it doesn’t let majority of people sign in whatsoever and if it does it has a bug. I’ve had Clarity for a year and it doesn’t work and no one in customer service has been able to help me. This needs to be fixed immediately.
I can log in online but Clarity says my login information isn’t recognized. Looks like someone had this issue a year ago, what needs to happen to fix this?
There nobody to talk to at this company. I’ve waited a combined 45 minutes and have not had anyone help. I set up the call back option because I need to speak to someone and they hang up when you answer.
I hate the fact that I have to put up with this just to get some assistance. I hate this app Benefits, it doesn’t help anyone that works from 8AM-5PM
If your employer offers this as an option to sign up, please don’t.
I left an employer and didn’t spend all of the money I put into the accounts. So they explained my employer will get all of that money back almost $1k.
That’s my money but I can’t have the option of using it. Only in the past. Keep in mind I can’t accumulate $1k in transactions medically in less than 30 days. Also I kept putting in my personal email for contact and it kept changing over to my work email. I did not want my personal benefit transactions going to my work email.
Never again. I am out $1k. Benefit Resource was a much better company.
Why is Clarity giving me login errors every single time ? I’m able to log in with no problems on the Website. I have yet to use Clarity since day one. Is Clarity broken ? Did the developers give up on Clarity ? What’s the point of Clarity if you can’t log in ?
I have an account and can do everything in a browser just fine, but Clarity does not like my credentials. I haven’t tried registering in Clarity , but it seems dumb to have two separate credentials for the same service.
Money has been coming out of my check every 2 weeks and it never appears in my account

Clarity says my login credentials are incorrect. However, I use the same credentials to login on my desktop and works fine. Please fix this issue. It’s convenient to login while on the go.
For example if leave Clarity go check for some information in another phone app, u lose all the info inputted and even have to sign in again!
Also, one claim I put it two weeks ago just “disappeared”...only realized it was gone when checking for pmt. Make sure U keep all records at least until u are paid.
“Submit expense now” button still does not work! Haven’t worked for a while, I let CS know months ago, they said they were working on it. Please fix! (iOS 16, haven’t worked on previous iOS either)
I enrolled online without issue. I downloaded Clarity to my iPhone 11 and used the same log in information but am getting an error saying the user ID is incorrect. I both copy/pasted and manually typed my user id in and continued to receive this error.
Is there a 24 hr processing time or something? Or is this just a bug?

I like how easy and convenient Clarity is. However, the only downside I have is uploading receipts from my phone. I have to log into my computer to do that which it would be so much easier to do it from Clarity as well.
The Card is being read as declined even tho there is over $100 on it. Items that were purchased the day before, are not purchasable today. Please fix your app. We as Health care workers, work very hard, and expect to have “our”money that goes on the card to be available for use, not having to call Customer Care every other day.

No more laptops but just right from phone makes it easy to submit. No hassles!
I really like Clarity! It's so helpful to be able to snap a picture of a receipt and submit the reimbursement any time. It's also convenient to always know my current balance any time.
