App is not good

Set up app and password. Turn around to log in and will not accept password. Try to reset password and tells me the email is invalid. Can’t say if the app itself is any good because I can’t even get logged in. Deleted app and tried all over with same message of invalid email and password.
Poor app

Will not open app, gets stuck forever trying to open, I have had to delete many times only to load it just to delete. You would think Fairview would get a top developer for their apps. Go cheap get cheap smh
Won't open on new iPhone

Just upgraded to a X. First time I tried using it, the app won't open. Tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing. I know it hasn't been updated in a year, but I'd love for them to make it work again.
