Horrible Everything was wiped out!
I see screens but no words, no menu,
Nothing!!!!

I need Help to get reinstated !!!
Again Everything on my iPhone is blank.
I was instructed to select upgrade when I did, Poof No menu and blank screens.

Definitely Not a good upgraded!!!

It makes me rate it 1 star.
I would really rate it minus ten.

Worthless... nothing works. The whole crashed and lost all my data. Every time they update we go through this nonsense.

Used app for a long time; OK, worked. Opened app last night, was required to download an update. Now app locks on white splash screen. Deleted, reinstalled, same thing. Good work

Tap previous version, message to update for important changes. Did it, opened app, all I got was a screen with the words “Fairview pharmacy “ across the center. I think somebody forgot to finish the job.

Just upgraded to a X. First time I tried using it, MyFairviewRx won't open. Tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing. I know it hasn't been updated in a year, but I'd love for them to make it work again.

Will not open app, gets stuck forever trying to open, I have had to delete many times only to load it just to delete. You would think Fairview would get a top developer for their apps. Go cheap get cheap smh

Set up app and password. Turn around to log in and will not accept password. Try to reset password and tells me the email is invalid. Can’t say if MyFairviewRx itself is any good because I can’t even get logged in. Deleted app and tried all over with same message of invalid email and password.

Overall MyFairviewRx is okay. It’s not the best ever, but, for the most part, it does what I need it to do. However, I often have issues with logging in. I’m not sure if the issue is more to do with using password auto fill or if it’s just an issue with MyFairviewRx log in in general. Usually I hit login, it loads, brings me to the next screen, then takes me right back to the log in page and I have to do it again. Today, I can’t log in at all. It won’t let me hit log in or after I select it, it says something went wrong and erases what I filled in.

1) Most recent app “update” release: ~2 months ago;
—>> I’m not convinced the developer even did anything; everything is the same.

The “update” before that: over one year.

2) As others have noted, and am confused how the devs ignore it (or just don’t QA MyFairviewRx on actual consumer hardware):

Regardless of using browser or “app,” what’s with the ungodly slow log-in times?

I’ve had my app and browsers time-out, if not crash.

Had pharmacy staff try using MyFairviewRx ; SAME ISSUE.

3) Antiquated interface that’s way overdue for an update. (Along with MyFairviewRx ’s coding overhaul).

4) Devs are privy to iOS updates and next-level releases; per others’ commentary, they never even considered being ready.

5) App lock password and login?!?!

Fairview: you and your choice of “developers” are embarrassing yourselves by expecting customers/patients — we, the people, who enable you to exist — to “accept” this crApp. Like you do everything else.

You do quite well at displaying your IQ by how you spend our money.

You’ve got more than enough BIG issues that aren’t in your favor; get your act together.

MyFairviewRx was pretty good for my v10 iPhone, but its software is now two years old and freezes my iPhone v11, not quitting nor going away after use. Requires a reboot to clear it. I’m dumping it until I learn it’s up to date.

I am having a hard time logging in to MyFairviewRx . It doesn’t respond well to the “sign-in” button.

I have it set to remember my log-in. Sometimes I click “refill from list”, then it will sign me in. Other times it won’t even respond.

I’ve tried deleting and re-installing MyFairviewRx too.

So I went to the website and tried to log in. It’s doing the same thing.

There’s definitely a glitch of some sort.

I switched to Fairview Pharmacy after our local Walgreens was no longer going to be open 24 hours. I liked to stop there after my evening shift for prescriptions cause there was never a line. I figured if I had to pick it up during the day I might as well use the pharmacy closest to my house. With My old Walgreens app I could manage prescriptions for myself and my kids but this Fairview app I can only manage my own. If I could manage my whole family again it would be so nice! Please add this feature!!

I've had MyFairviewRx for several months now. So much faster and easier than calling in to refill RX. However for the past 3 weeks it hasn't loaded properly and I can't even use it. Argh. Please fix as this is my go to for refilling prescriptions.

Great app for staying on top of your refills. Saves time with the alert feature. No more wasted trips to the pharmacy.

It’s been working great for me and refills are al going through smoothly.

One of the best for real!!!

Use to reorder prescriptions online, have used app last few months and is much easier.

Has info needed and easy to navigated

You can scan the barcode or type in the number, works every time. love it!
