I am able to make calls with the Nextiva app from my home but when I am in the office the calls don't go through. How can I fix this ?

Everytime there's a Windows Update the Nextiva App for Windows doesn't login without multiple restarts of my computer. This is the only application that does this, and it's terrible. Absolutely no trouble-shooting help at all, no fixes on their website, they don't even recognize it as a problem and there are MULTIPLE problems with this program. BEWARE!
