Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AIRVO 2 app issues:

Force Stop the AIRVO 2 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AIRVO 2 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AIRVO 2 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AIRVO 2 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AIRVO 2 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AIRVO 2.

Fix AIRVO 2 unable to contact server/ AIRVO 2 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AIRVO 2 » "Force Stop".

Again, got AIRVO 2 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
