TrackVia is terrible. Horrible UX. If you don't have perfect cell service, good luck using TrackVia. It seems like TrackVia was a complete afterthought and minimal resources were invested into its development. Please - try harder.
Deletes all information upon hitting save. Updates continually worsen program. Customer support is NEVER available or helpful in any meaningful way. Absolute waste of time and money. STRONGLY suggest using a different program.
Constantly crashes, have to uninstall and reinstall at least once a week.

If you click on directions to a well, it'll take you directly to Fellows, CA instead of the well itself, like it used prior to the update.
When I attempt to start this app it acts like it wants to load and briefly acts like it will startup then dies. IPad goes back to the home screen as if I didn’t select this app at all

I have had to delete then reinstall the phone app multiple times today.
Doesn’t repopulate values in tables like it used to. Whether this is intentional or not it now requires more clicks to get to your information and is clumsy to use
App won’t load/won’t login in newest iOS. Hoping for a speedy fix.
Very useful for enabling business process automation. They do a great job taking applications using their web application and enhancing them with the iOS experience in areas like location services, signature fields, and calculations.

App is decent, but latest update will cause TrackVia to close in the middle of your work. The program itself is a clunky database that falls below off shelf database programs functionality, and TrackVia is a miniaturized version, so...
Keeps improving fast. I am thinking of new ways to bring efficiencies to my small business with the this app platform. TrackVia helps my staff do a lot more on the go. I would love offline support and the iPhone version too!
