Has become unusable
The icons no longer show up. The return tickets feature doesn’t work. Have to use a work around of trying to upgrade seats to then be able to go back and try to return the seats. Profile and team logos don’t appear. Crashes. Can’t use order to table feature. Have tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing works. Absolutely horrible. Thousands of dollars in season tickets and can’t use the app and app is the only way to return tickets. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY. THE SEASON IS IN FULL SWING.

Password Creation needs work
This initial access to this app is horrible. The password creation needs a tremendous amount of work. I’ve tried more than a dozen times to create a password following the guidelines, yet i still can’t access the app.

Every year the app changes and not for the better. Now this year I keep getting an error message when I’m near or in the Amway. Super frustrating when I try to pull up my tickets. I’ve just given up on it.
