Never got my order, been about a year now..
When I placed the order I did the scan, they worked on the glasses then they shipped it. I waited a few weeks nothing came and tracking wasn’t updating. I emailed them they said it got lost in the mail… that they’ll reship them. I said okay and I waited. I received the new tracking number and got a notification that it shipped. I waited. Tracking was not updating and showed it didn’t get touched by the shipper just like the previous one. They emailed me saying there was a problem with the scan that I had to do another facial scan. I told them that couldn’t be the problem because It said that they won’t ship unless the scan is completed and the glasses were made… how could you even ship them if the scan wasn’t good? Why not tell me that when I placed the order right away? Why wait a few months after placing the order to tell me the facial scan wasn’t good?

They never replied back to my email asking those questions it’s been a year almost. And never sent my glasses out or issued me a refund. They took my money, came up with a excuse, after confronting them they stopped communicating.

Horrible App Misleading and tries to make you order more than one set of Goggles

Ordered a pair of goggles over the Internet then had instructions that I needed to download the scan app for my face to order. It would then transferred the order over to this app. That did not happen it said I had to re-input my information and created another order saying now I’m ordering TWO sets of goggles

It was very difficult to get a hold of customer service to try to get this incident Repair

Received a an email and push notification on the app that my goggles were starting to be processed went into the app saw that the one item was canceled try to clear the cancel item and the app said I was re-ordering the canceled item.

This foggy app needs a lot of changes and updates so it works properly for anyone that needs to use it for proper fit of these specialized goggles.

Ordering customer service is a nightmare

Ordered a gift card, came late for Christmas due to an error in their internal ordering system. When you try to use gift card the ordering email is required-however the system doesn’t allow it to be entered. No one picks up the phone when you call. This has been a very difficult process. Hopefully the goggles are better than the ordering process. I may never know!!
