- App crashes sometimes

- Limited shapes and color options

- Cannot upload custom shapes

- Cannot export as a PNG file with a transparent background

- No basic toolbar for editing options

WordPack iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix WordPack app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WordPack app on iPhone
Update WordPack app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WordPack iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WordPack on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WordPack network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WordPack Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WordPack not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WordPack App
1. On android, goto Settings » WordPack » click [Force Stop]

Update WordPack to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WordPack App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WordPack » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WordPack.

Fix WordPack unable to contact server/ WordPack internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WordPack » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WordPack » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WordPack
