I booked tickets for my in law from India to US through Etihad for Apr. Etihad cancelled their flight due to COVID-19. When I spoke to Etihad customer care they mentioned refund amount will be around INR 60K out INR 80K which I spent for booking. this app never responded to my mails. I was following up with them form more than 1.5 months. I had to cancel tickets from this app site to know refund amount. When I saw the refund amount from this app which was around INR 48K, I felt cheated. First of all customer service of this app is pathetic. You can understand the frustration if someone doesn’t respond for more than 1.5 months. Second, the refund amount due COVID-19 flight cancellations is fraudulent. I sincerely ask people to book flight tickets through direct airline portal instead third party frauds like this app.

I have been trying to reschedule my ticket for last one month through the customer service email. I am yet to get a call back to rebook my ticket. Can you please please please, provide a phone number to contact you guys to reschedule my ticket.

The price has already doubled, sometime I am thinking I should have leave the original ticket and rebook a new ticket from other site would have been cheaper for me and also would not have spend so much time following up with you guys.

I booked few tickets with this app but those tickets were canceled by airline due to COVID situation in India. Airline refunded money really quick to this app but this app didn’t refund until i followed many times(still some refunds are pending but they are not responding). Also in every refund they deducted some amount in the name of service charges and convenience fees.
I had booked some other flights directly with Airlines also and they refunded really quick in my account without any deductions.

Would not recommend doing any transactions with this app.

I was travelling with my wife and My vistara flight got cancelled from Delhi to Chandigarh , which i booked through this app .com. So vistara people apologised and offered me next day flight but i refused , so they agreed to give me a a full refund. Since i booked this through this app so they gave me a paper explaining the scinario , I emailed that paper to this app, since then around 2 months have passed and I got nothing except same email which comes every week but with different names, I am thinking of going consumer court now... Guys dont do bussiness with these people, unless you want to get crooked.

We bought ticket for my family. When I reach airport I found out that one of the ticket is not booked and airline can not see our son reservations even after showing them ticket . When I call customer service they did not help at all and simply said me that will resolve this issue later and I have to pay extra at airport . I will not recommend this website at all

Booking experience was very good. The only thing missing was to have in filter an option not to include nearby airports. For a non experienced traveler Newark and JFK airports may look like close by but actually quite a hike.

I have used this app for the first time to book ticket and the flight got canceled due to COVID-19 after the airlines has issues the refund this app hasn’t issue me any refund. And not responding to emails and calls. This is the worst service ever I will never recommend anyone to book from this app and would ask everyone to delete this app if they have never trust this service.

As an international traveler, while booking this app didn’t give an option to buy additional baggage, later when I competed one way of travel and contacted airlines to add Babbage then they simply declined and said as they can add an extra. This is totally ridiculous and I ended up paying 13k for Babbage. I ll never ever book with this app. The worst part is, there is no this app customer care number to submit a complain for airlines rude behavior.

Very bad service ones you book they screw you up only they won’t your money they never respond to help end up making you pay for everything which is not your felt rip off people never trust them worst service ever they just saw you a lower rate after you book the screw you over please don’t even try it not worth it

I downloaded Yatra yesterday and didn’t even book anything and I got 5 different notifications forcing me to book something. Chill out with the notifications this app. People will book when they want to. You’re forcing people to uninstall!!

Has become a useless site. Either difficulty with confirming the fare or can’t process payment at the last minute with technical difficulties.

Such a hit and miss with making reservations on this site that I am hopi g that I never have to use it again.

This is the worst travel app I have ever used. No proper UI update, messi app with so many banners and even the service of this app is also bad. No customer care service, it literally took coulle hours for me to figure out how worst this this app companies services are. I won't use and recommend it.

Unethical behavior. First you guys charge heavy convenience fee and when flights are canceled by airline due to pandemic, you didn’t return that convenience fee. Lost around 5000rs just in convenience fee. Not worth it and we all should always use direct airline site/app.

Yatra does not properly take guest information and books ticket in the name of the registered user. This is a bug that has cost me money as once booked the flight tickets Cannot be changed or adjusted.

Unable to modify the name. Tried cancel the ticket. Got 30% refund in eCash. That eCash was unavailable immediately. So booked another ticket by paying full amount. What a Pathetic service.

The 15% discount on 4000+ comes to 600+
Only 497 has been given. sCB card 15 % discount offer is there

I booked round trip ticket from Houston /India and paid full amount but now today I received a call I am suppose to pay 3000Rs more it is ridiculous More over they threatened to cancel my tickets if it is not paid .

My cancelled booking are showing in Completed section.
When i click this , it shows error.
A 2 grader person developed Yatra

It was easy to download and get started. Only issue was lack of booking itinery on the payment pages which makes one a little hesitant to go ahead. However excellent back end support as a rep called me even as I was trying a second time
