Cookie Jam Status

"Please sit tight. we're still baking" That is all I can get across browser's. Even on a brand new PC that is fully up to date it does this. Also broken image links.

Cookie Jam opens, then as soon as you start a level, it closes down completely. Get message trouble connecting to appstore, when I`m not even trying to open app store. Very disappointing.

Advised to update cookie jam. Tried to but just keeps spinning

Cookie Jam Blast only opens upside down. I have cleared my cache, and even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. Please help!

Cookie jam blast will only open in landscape mode and will not rotate..cookie jam did the same thing and I was told to delete it and then put it back on..that’s fine except for the fact I lost everything on it..I had played it for years and then it went back to me starting all over…so irritating..I haven’t played that one since!! I don’t want that to happen to this game..so how do I get it to rotate on screen again?

At first the game would not even download. I thought the problem was solved cause it allowed me to play 1 level and then it just shuts down. I haven’t actually been able to play this game for at least 3-4 weeks and it drives me crazy cause it’s my favorite game, but I’m sick of all the glitches in it. This is like the 3rd time I’ve had the game shut down on me.

Loaded the new update and now game is loading and before it finishes hit just closes and bumps me back to my home screen. Very disappointed.

Updated software yesterday on iPad and it starts to open, but then closes out. Tried numerous times and same results. What gives???

Well I am writing in hopes that you will answer because I see a lot of people complaining and I have been a member for many many years and this is my first complaint. Recently Cookie jam started opening in landscape mode. Is this something on your end that can be corrected?

This morning once’s again cookie jam blast.when I open it it took all my rewards for playing ever day and made me start over I played yesterday . Checked in this now it’s getting old.

Consistent with several comments above, App tries to open and after about 5 seconds goes back to home screen. Appeared to start after last update. Please help.
