Word Cookies! Status

Word game is saying video not available when trying to get rewards or extra coins. This has been going for a week.

I keep getting an ad for premium pass. It won’t go away It interrupts game.

I updated my word cookies app and now have trouble getting the letters to swipe from one to another.

My word cookies is not working.

Word cookie took away all my completed levels

App works too slowly. He didn’t used to do that.

There is a constant hesitancy moving from letter to letter. It’s very frustrating. Play has slowed down tremendously.

When swiping letters they stall. It’s not a smooth swipe

The special level has not given me the extra letter but still has slots for that extra letter. I tried restarting my phone but there was no change. Please help.

Game has gotten extremely slow to play. Takes many seconds to form words and have them appear.

The special level did not give me the extra letter but added the slots for the extra words. I can not clear the board because of the missing letters.

Can only see black screen. Cannot open the app.

The last two days I have successfully found all the words for the bake-off but the clock keeps running and doesn’t recognize that I have found all the words.

The game seems to get to a certain level and then the special level doesn’t work the the piggy bank doesn’t go past 280. I have deleted the app and started it again but the problems are still there. Any advise? Thank you

Not receiving cookies

Butterfly does not show on any special level so cannot earn coins. It started not showing several levels ago. I am currently on Pistachio 06.

I have completed a level but it keeps returning for me to work again.

The screen is mostly black. Can’t play.

Completed level 13 of Carrot Cake but screen froze never completed to “next”. Rebooted my phone several times I cannot proceed. It’s stuck!

When I click on a oecial offer for a hard level, I have no where to enter my password. It merely circles to No money was taken from your account.

My game has stopped loading the extra words into Jack’s pot. I decided to reload the app and it’s still doing the same thing. Plus I’ve had to go right back to square one which is so disappointing.

Word cookies is not recognizing the extra words I find. It’s stuck at 61 and even looking up the extra words, word cookies isn’t recognizing it.

Jack’s cookie jar is not working—not recognizing extra words for 2 days now. Please fix it.

good morning. The cookie jar for extra words is not working. I have reset my phone several times and it is still not working. I've also tried to do the reset of the network settings. I'm afraid if I uninstall the game and re-install it, I would have to start all over again from the begining.

I’ve been playing word cookies for over 5yrs. In the last year every time I’m in the game it shuts down as soon as I start playing.

I enjoy playing Word Cookies, but the game has become frustrating. It usually crashes before I am able to complete a game. I’ve tried updating the app.

Why does word cookies game keep crashing I have tried everything but it turns off all the time

I am always connected to the server when playing yet when it asks me to sign in and then choose server or device I always choose server since I'm always online playing yet sometimes it reverts back to levels already completed. Why is this happening? How do I know which to choose everytime it asks me?

Word cookie game keeps crashing no getting rewards

When I start putting words in, it flips me out and I have to start over though this does not do it on the daily game.

After years of playing I now have the game cutting out every time I try to play. Can you please help me get back in the game ?

I have been playing word cookies for over 3 years. Having probs last 2 mos. I pay 4.47 includes tax to empty cookie jar and recieve 1200 coins they take my money i do not get my coins app store has refunded my money twice but my cookie jar does not empty. Last refund i put in for they did not refund told me to get ahold of the developer as there is a problem with the game. I am owed the 4.47 which includes tax. My bigger issue is i cannot empty my piggy bank even after i buy the coins which i dont recieve therefore i can only do the daily challenge for 100 points a day which is not that exciting prob takes 10 min. I used to play this game several hours per day. Could you please fix this.
