I love thus app . When using it today the masking did not work so Blur and Bokeh was all over the surface and the subjects masked were indistinguishable . SOS ? Please 😀

How to fix Tadaa SLR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tadaa SLR app on iPhone
Update Tadaa SLR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tadaa SLR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tadaa SLR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tadaa SLR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tadaa SLR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tadaa SLR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tadaa SLR App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tadaa SLR » click [Force Stop]

Update Tadaa SLR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tadaa SLR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tadaa SLR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tadaa SLR.

Fix Tadaa SLR unable to contact server/ Tadaa SLR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tadaa SLR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tadaa SLR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tadaa SLR
