- Virtually unusable without add on purchases

- Have to pay to download it

- Virtually useless without paying more after download

- Can’t even save a picture that you take

- Ad that pops up literally every 15 seconds

- Takes photos on its own constantly

Have bought Filca to my iPhone SE (2 gen) IOS 17.2. Can not save the picture to Album (or other places)! Message: Access is denied. Asking for "settings" ???

My FILICA app keeps crashing. If you click in it it will sit shut down back to my Home Screen. All of my phone software is up to date and it is still not working. I pay for the premium subscription too which I am now thinking about cancelling. App is good when it works, but those times are few and far between.

When the flash button is pressed it turns the light on permanently rather than syncing it to the shutter release so in effect, it’s operating like a torch, not a flash? Using an iPhone XR

How to fix FILCA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FILCA app on iPhone
Update FILCA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FILCA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FILCA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FILCA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FILCA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FILCA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FILCA App
1. On android, goto Settings » FILCA » click [Force Stop]

Update FILCA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FILCA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FILCA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FILCA.

Fix FILCA unable to contact server/ FILCA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FILCA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FILCA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FILCA
