game is frozen and wont do anything
After opening game it automatically goes to lower city and closes game

It took an extremely long time to load. I reset it, then uninstalled it and reinstalled it, then finally reset my computer to several days before the problem. Each time I tried to get the game back, it tried to install the game components over a space of 12 hours or more, but failed to download anything, except for the map of the city.
I visited friends to send gifts. When I go to the gift icon and select for the player no images of gifts are there. This has happened the last few days. It is updated.
Have updated my IPad and installed latest game app update. game loads ok but then crashes

Hi Cant open treasures on map that require keys. The icon (circle with key) is totally green, but cannot open to get treasure. Also have completed some challenges that didnt register.
