Useless app and website

I had the same experience as many other reviewers. I tried purchasing tickets on the website but after selecting the tickets the next prompt is to buy tickets. I hit the button and nothing happens. It just keeps processing and processing. I tried different web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari on both PC and Mac)…same thing happens. So then I downloaded the app because, surely, the app should work! Nope. After selecting tickets my next option it to “add payment method”. Hit the button and nothing happens! Since it’s after hours I’ll call the 1-800 number and hopefully that works.
Constantly shows 404 error page

The app seems to be wrapper on the website. However the website works fine on the same device on which the app shows 404 error. Hard restart of the app doesn't resolve the issue.

This app is really just the website made to look like an app. What makes this even worse is it’s a really awful website. Looks like something from Web 1.0 and is very unreliable.
